The very nice gentleman behind the counter walked us around the whole store opening cases and explaining the pros and cons of each piece. They really take their time and care about their customers. Also - everyone was just super friendly, the shop was very organized, clean, and easy to navigate. There are tons of neat trinkets that cannabis lovers enjoy there too, and they seemed to have everything one could need to get our smoke on. We were able to purchase a beautiful art piece that is almost too beautiful to smoke in. It looks like twilight, or a starry midnight, and I am beyond stoked with the intricacy and beauty. Every time I've come here the staff is always friendly and helpful. They don't hover over you and encourage you looking around and asking questions. I've purchased different glass pieces from them and they quality has always been fantastic (I've got 5 now!) They've never tried to sell me something I don't need and they keep the store clean. Some items don't have a visible price but they've known it off the top of their heads and it's never insane or expensive it's always reasonable. I really really wanted to like this place because the individuals who work in here are the sweetest and super knowledgeable but I cannot and will not let this slide..... I walked in and let them know I had been worked out of around $150 with bad cheap products from shady smoke shops and the store manager was super accommodating and helpful in helping me find a Focus Carta V vape. This product retails for $250...a bit steep for something that doesn't properly work!!! The first hour I had it, it wasn't properly functioning. Blinking lights that signaled it was malfunctioning, 8+ hours of charging the base doesn't pass 25% charge...mind you this is STRAIGHT FROM THE BOX. Solution? Come back in 2 hours when the manager is here because he has one (I'm from Atlanta, I'm visiting- so yeah that's convenient) OR use the manufacture warranty and request a new one.....WHY THE HELL AM I PAYING $250 FOR SOMETHING TO TURN AROUND AND HAVE TO MAIL IT IN THE NEXT DAY?!?!?!?!!?!!!?!! Beyond ridiculous for the money spent, I wouldn't ever consider buying a pack of backwoods out of this place again. Oh, and after paying for the product, I was never given a receipt lol.
