They did the same thing, promoted posted the forklift we wanted but offered something else they had. But that doesn't matter, we just needed a forklift asap. The forklift was a salvage and only found out a few weeks after. we kept calling and asking them to fix the problems because it was under a 30 day warranty. The brakes broke, then the side shift broke, piece fell off, and then lots of oil leak everywhere. They sent a guy over, but all he did is just check it and we were hoping they would follow up and come back to fix. But then john came over to check again because we kept calling and bugging them to know the status, but supposedly he had no idea, his repair worker didn't tell him anything. then a few months passed and we got occupied with busy holiday season sales and couldn't follow up too. until things slowed down january, we contacted them again, but then they refused to fix the problem saying its past the 30 day warranty?! BS we filed the defect issue before 30 days, more like 2 weeks. They just milked the time limit by delaying the evaluation and taking there time so 30 days reach. And now they want to charge us $100 to just have someone check out what is the problem!? they already know whats the problem, they checked it out TWICE. They sold us junk forklift, that we had to end up paying a lot more from a 3rd party maintenance service, they told us we were sold a broken forklift, that it was only bandaged up to work for a short time and cleaned. And they want to charge us to have it fixed saying we passed the warranty date. BS read more

We were trying to buy a Toyota forklift from this company was promised two units where getting ready for sale. So in meantime we rented a forklift from them. They broke down with in days of being at location. Was given a second unit and broke down two weeks later. On top of it rates went up on second unit. Was told the unit will be return in two weeks after it was repaired. It was never return. After 3 emails they finally contacted me saying the rented the unit out to some one else and if we wanted a different forklift. "Where's the Toyota forklift we were told about from the start " so we can buy. And they told us they had no units available. Again rent this other unit or have a nice day. Terrible communication Always pushing to buy the rented forklift that Bork days later. Always issues. And high and high renting bill. read more

Liar！ They posted a forklift for sale, but when you go there, they bring you a totally different one, at least 20 years older than the one you see on their posting online. Wasted my three hours to drive back and forth! read more
