Like others have said, this place was great and it will be my go-to for any small machine repairs I have going forward. Despite my best tinkering, my pressure washer wouldn't start - it had been sitting idle for about three years. Based on Yelp and Google reviews, I ran it over to All Star and had it back in 2 days. The price was reasonable and the proprietor (Victor, I presume from other reviews) was indeed wonderful. He explained what was wrong (the carburetor) and offered additional care instructors to prevent the problem from recurring. The woman who staffed the reception area was also very friendly. Save Time and avoid frustrastion. Take your mower some place else. I took in my mower and was told it would take two weeks to repair. I called today after the two weeks to check on its progress and was told that Victor, the manager had not ordered the part yet ( a spring) it needed. Victor was to busy and could not come to the phone. Now i have to wait for another mower repair place to order the part and have it fixed. In the mean time my lawn keeps growing. I took my small Honda 2200 Generator to All Star for a no start problem, All Star had it for approx. 1 week called and stated he inspected the Generator and diagnosed the problem and found a bad spark plug All Star continued to inform me that the generator did not have any electrical output and informed me he thought it was a 400.00 part but wanted me to get a second opinion and referred me to Chino Mower repair So I paid All Star for his time and Spark plug and took the Generator to directly Chino Mower repair the same day. Prior to taking the Generator to All Star I had removed and cleaned the carb, removed all of the old fuel from the fuel tank, replaced it with new fuel and cleaned the Spark plug. Chino Mower called me with their diagnosis and said the generator would not start and proceeded to tell me there was water in the fuel and an orange discoloration of the fuel, the carb would need to be rebuilt, the fuel tank cleaned and new fuel installed, I questioned them because I had just had the Generator at All Star for a no start problem and I had personally cleaned out the Carb, fuel tank and installed new fuel and I brought it to Chino Mower for a lack of electric output per All Stars findings Chino Mower also informed me there was not a problem with the electric output as they had the Generator running on Ether and tested the output with an electric drill and there was no problem with the electrical output. I called All Star to inform him of Chino Mowers findings and questioned then and the owner stated it was running fine after he replaced the spark plug but there was not electrical output. I waited a little while and called Chino Mower back and spoke with the manager Freddy and explained the situation so he went back and inspected everything himself, before Freddy called me back All Star had called Freddy and had a conversation with Freddy then Freddy called me back we went back and forth over his findings and Freddy informed me that All Star had called prior to him calling me back and stated I was just trying to get something for free from him and was trying to do the same from Freddy so I conference called All Star with Freddy from Chino mower on the line and asked if this is what he said yes, I asked why would you say this after not once did I question your diagnosis and paid my bill without question and went to the shop you referred me too, his response was " I don't know " I also asked him why he would slander me when I had not once questioned his diagnosis or his bill he relied " I don't know " after All Star hung up Freddy and I laughed at the coward and Chino Mower is repairing my Generator that All Star had obviously sabotaged while it was in his possession. I am not sure exactly what All Star did to my Generator while it was in his possession but I think we can all agree All Star is not an honest nor trustworthy repair facility and slanders his customers when he is caught in his fraudulent repairs. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere and stay away from All Star. read more

I called All Star for a quote to fix my Weedwhacker. They gave me a reasonable quote and I took in my Ryobi. They fixed it fast at a fair price (less expensive than the competition). My Weedwhacker work great at first but then stopped working. I took it in again, they fix it and only charge me for the parts that they added. I feel like I was treated very fairly and I'm confident that anyone coming here would be treated fairly. read more

Bad customer service and work. Took in my newer Honda lawnmower last year so they can replace the ripped string/starter rope and a tuneup. Used it only a few times and was having starting problems from the beginning. The starter rope would only pull back sometimes. Took it back recently and I believe it was the owner refused to even take a quick look at it. Took it to another place down the street who repaired it in 30 mins and found the starter (rope) spring was missing. He said there is no way it can fall out. He said whoever installed it did not put the spring on. Will never go to this place ever again. Horrible customer service. read more
