Elyse (with Dave's) was quick to respond and gave me clear information and was able to schedule my service quickly. Travis is who came to do the job. He was friendly, on time, extremely professional, and did an excellent job. He cleaned our house, a white area rug, and a huge sectional w/ottoman. While nothing was grossly stained, we did have some carpet wear after five years and the rug and furniture needed refreshing. Our sectional and rug looked brand new by the time he was done. He took great care to do a good job and it showed. Travis also reminded me what a great tool a carpet rake is!

Do not let him clean a Wool rug he does not know what he's doing and we had a discussion about "wool" before he cleaned it. He made the comment after he cleaned it that I might see some lighter spots and I did! Had I known that, I would not have let him clean the wool area rug. To Reply to your comment Dave I'm not letting you re-clean the rug because you will probably damage it more. I posted the review late because I am considering small claims court as the rug is ruined and it's an expensive rug. Due to Covid the courts are backed up but I may still take you to small claims court to replace the rug.

Long story short, I had secured a rug to my carpet with rug tape (btw don't ever do that). I called Joe that same day and he came by the next day. After he assessed the carpet, it turned adhesive had seeped into the base of the carpet and caused some discoloration. But I did not have to worry because Joe did a really great job getting as much adhesive out as he could. There carpet is no longer sticky and the discoloration is barely noticeable.
