We bought a bundle that included an infrared sauna and a massage. The only couple of things I grappled with were the prices and the amenities. While it was nice to relax and especially at no extra charge with the massage chairs, I wished there was... more? I wanted there to be a hot tub or mineral pool with a cold plunge, or a larger space that would allow for showers, or even larger saunas. It was all restorative, but the prices were way too high for the services we received. I would understand the price more if we were able to also rinse off or soak somewhere, but it was just the sauna and the massage. We also got massaged right after the sauna, so we were sweaty AF and had our sweat rubbed into our bodies with lotion... fine if that's your thing, but I like feeling clean! They did mention that there are more benefits to the infrared sauna if you don't shower, but oh well. I just would've preferred to dunk somewhere to rinse. Overall, it was a nice place! And it's in Breck, of course it's going to be overpriced haha. With all things considered, this was a nice experience!

I love dogs and got to pet him a little bit, which could probably count as an additional form of therapy she offers :) The office building she's located in is very nice, and her office has tons of lovely natural light, which is rare for a massage place. It feels very positive and welcoming in there (I don't feel the pictures do it justice!). Erika is also an herbalist so she makes her own massage oils and the other products she uses. This really sets her apart! Everything is super natural and intentionally crafted. My sensitive skin felt great afterwards. I appreciated that Erika was talkative and friendly but she wasn't trying to talk to me the whole time. The pressure she used was strong -- I appreciated this as you never want to drop dollars on a fluffy massage that doesn't do much. Booking online is super easy and you get a text and email confirmation once you book. Wish I lived here to see her more!

She then sat down to tell me very honestly that she didnt think it was a good idea for the thai yoga with the castor oil. Bc the massage was clothed (it was more of her streching me) and she did not want the oil to ruinn my clothes. Extra point for her for being honest. She then gave me the option of a sports massage and the castor oil. She offered me tea and water. She put on the oil and gave me an abdominal massage! After that the pain of my sore muscles started coming. She was streching and massaging things i did not know they could hurt. She is excelent. After i was done i was feeling still sore and in pain. I was dissapointed because i fekt it did notnwork...silly me. Next day i feel good as new! No more pain and soreness. It was beautiful. And to top it all of. She sent me a personalized thank you email the next day. Really? Now a days who does that? Nobody! So thats what made Erica and her services superb!!!!! The body scrub was odd. I've had scrubs before, they usually occur in a "wet room" where they hose you down. This one occurred on a dry massage table made up as if for a massage. The therapist scrubs down one body part at a time with the scrub, then removes it with hot moist towels. Afterwards you head across the lobby and shower before the facial/foot treatment. I'd say it's a bit overpriced for what it is.
