I was told I had to pay $350.00 up front to get the parts ordered. I have never had to pay for parts up front before. On 8/19/26 I was told to get my truck. They installed the parts. It did not fix the problem, but they wanted to get paid anyway. I was then told I would have to pay another $65.00 for more parts. They installed the parts and I got my truck back on 7/1/26. 43 days, $815.00 parts and labor and my parking brake still does not work. I will not be bringing my truck back there.
