This place was bigger than i thought. Kevin was who gave me my massage. He was great. My lower back was hurting so bad and he took out ALL the knots. He had some strong hands and he went to work on my back. He massaged my back first, then my neck, face, head & arms. He didn't do my feet which was weird cause when i normally get a full body massage, they do the full body but I'm not complaining because i do dislike people touching my feet. On Saturday February 12 at 1:07PM , I called for a couples appointment & full body massage, I asked for the soonest appoinment and said we would go at 2pm, I was told 2pm was not available but "okay come in 2:15". We get there around 2:05 and we get there at the same time as another couple. In this case since no details were asked, such as our name, phone number, time of call, I will add our physical descriptions: we are a dark skinned couple of african descent, the other couple was light complexion and possibly European descent, not sure about their race, but as couples we were opposite ends of the color spectrum. The masseuse confirms upon arrival the other couples appointment time and they say 2:15, then he confirms our time and we say 2:15 as well. He proceeds to tell the other couple to proceed to get ready for the massage, then he tells me in google translate " you are suppose to call and make an appointment". At one point the other couple's wife/girlfriend noticed the unprofessionalism of the encounter and repeated twice to the masseuse "she has an appt at 2:15 as well". I proceed to show him the time I called on my cell phone, cleary showing the business name Alin perfection, the other couple confirmed they called at a similar time about 5 minutes prior. We called this place last night to make a 10 am appointment for this morning and they got us right in. The front desk lady was so nice, very friendly and was eager to help us. We told her what we were looking for in a massage and she recommended the male for my husband and the female for me. My husband and I both don't like talking or even small talk in general during our massages (I had one years ago up north and the lady would not stop talking the whole time and I couldn't relax) so we really appreciated the fact that the massage therapists just came in and started. She put a towel over my eyes and began to massage my arm and hand for a while, then jumped around to the other side to my other arm and hand. Next up, those feet and legs. Again, all the pressure points on my toes, ankles and arches with a firm hand. I must admit, I was so relaxed, I actually think I snorted or attempted a weak snore. I just wished it was over, not relaxing at all. I didn't get the full time I paid for. At the end I went to pay, (they have a terminal) and was instructed to include a tip.
