I tried to call this place to see if they accept certain gift cards and unfortunately I did not get my answer the representative on the line became frustrated with me due to not understanding English and hung up on me. I thought maybe I was disconnected so I tried calling back and they answered my call and just left it there. I do not recommend this place. The ladies here are super nice and speak really good English. The prices are only a tad high, but the quality deep tissue I received was worth it. They offer many services, but this was my first visit. I will definitely return. Cleanliness was up to par and noise control was handled. Calming music and atmosphere to set the ultimate mood. If there was a below 1 I would give it to this place deserves a negative 100 horrible horrible experience horrible massage forcefully ask for tip doesn't let the person leave till they get the tip NEVER WILL GO TO THIS PLACE AND NEVER WILL EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!! My partner and I dropped in for a full body massage after a long drive and it was well worth it! The ladies that attended us were so kind and attentive to us. There was a lot of focus on the areas with knots and tension, which I really appreciate! I recently recovered from a fractured foot and they were also very careful and checked in often to make sure I wasn't in any discomfort. The ambiance was very relaxing. I got the deep tissue massage with rocks and it felt amazing. Lady made sure to get all my knots out and was thorough with the body massage. No spots left out. The people there are very friendly. Although the workers were nice I did find the experience bittersweet. I liked that the rooms were dimed down but it was so dimed it was hard to see where to walk or basically anything. Then while getting my massage it was very rough. Of course it's nice for them to be tougher in some areas to release our tense spots but for me almost the entire time was nothing but pain. They are extremely rough. I been to 2 different spas before in LA and they felt nothing like the one I felt here. I was in pain here but I tried to toughen it out. I thought it was just me but I even asked my boyfriend how he felt and he said it was rough for him too. The lady will leave the room a couple times to work in the front so I feel like we didn't get the full time we paid for. I also noticed before opening the door to let us out, they opened their hands out for a tip. I was going to tip anyways but I don't like when people feel obligated for a tip. I tipped then left. Today I woke up and my back is in pain. I can feel my body is sore in the places she massaged so rough. If you like people who give rougher massages I recommend here but I probably won't be back because how painful it was to me. Unprofessional. I called for an appointment and was told it was okay to come in. When we arrived they made us pay for the service before hand. Once brought to the massage room, 5 minutes later they told us they overbooked their appointments and must wait 25 minutes. We decided to wait. Once the massage began the masseuse would answer the phone and have conversations during my massage. She even left the room about 3 times to tend to other customers. It was not relaxing. They tried to accommodate the long wait by giving a "free" hot stone massage, but all that did was skimp up on our 30 minute massage time. Would not recommend. read more

Then I tried to make it clear that wasn't what I was asking, she right away said she didn't speak English. How do you run a business without speaking english. The primary language of this country. No wonder, nobody had time to write review to this massage spa..I dont recommend you guys to come to this place. I had the worst experience ever. First they dont even great you nicely. Second they will ask you to pay right away and demand for the tip too.. if you give a small one, the lady she will give you a snooty look. Of course how will you give a tip if you dont know if they give a good service or not...Lastly she keep going out while doing my massage. I guess a new customer come in. She did left me for 3x..and then when she came back for the third time,few minutes then she said am done!
