The insurance says that the services are covered. There is no patient responsibility except for copays or lab copays. Christina, has been attempting to bill the difference between what the insurance says is the allowed rate, as per the doctor and insurance contract, and what the practice is charging. As a in-network provider, this is a breach in contract. She keeps making excuses about the insurance denying claims/ not reaching out to her / that her hands are tied to handle this situation but the only denials that the insurance see are for services that THEY were too late to file a claim for or filed incorrectly. Even then, there is no patient responsibility. That's on them to take the loss for having a clearly clueless and inadequate billing team who does not know what they are doing. And then they have the audacity to threaten to send to collections, for a bill not within patient responsibility as stated by insurance. Christina is clearly trying to avoid doing her job in order to force patients to pay off whatever charge the office wants. Uncooperative, ignoring calls from the insurance to clear the issue, and now us. She keeps acting like it's a problem that the insurance and the patient needs to solve but that's not the case. This is a problem that the office's billing department is supposed to solve. Insurance has already settled that the services are covered with only the copay as patient responsibility. The denied claims is because the billing department was too late and not doing their work in time, not because of lack of coverage. There is no argument, there is nothing unresolved. It's on Christina. Do not go to this office. They deserve to be shut down.

Save yourself from the frustration. Don't do it. I've been trying to have them clear up an issue…read morebetween them/quest diagnostics and my insurance company and NONE of them will help me. The worst of it is that no matter how many times Quest reaches out to them they refuse to respond to the faxes, the emails, the letters, the calls. I hate this place and quite frankly - this doctor is NOT worth the trouble. Oh - and you have to wait for at least 2 hours regardless of when your appt time was. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Didn't matter who they were, rich or poor, really, just wherever you came from or who you are, you get treated the same, with utmost respect and dignity. I know he is the real expert on Robotic Prostatectomy. Years passed, and then, my husband was diagnosed with Prostate Ca. Devastating. I told myself, I had other options in front of me . True, but they were not Dr. Samadi, so, wherever he was, I had to look for him and found him. By God's grace, Dr. Samadi saved my husband's life. He was so awesome, with open arms, he welcomed us in his office, treated us so well. From the first visit to his office in November of 2016 and throughout his surgery, hospitalization and recovery he has been there for us. Phone calls from his staff , follow ups, appointments text messages , everything was promptly returned and answered. From this day, ( and every 3 months previously), my husband's PSA level has been undetectable. Dr. Samadi and his staff has maintained their dedication to us and their patients. A model team. My loyalty to you will remain forever. I recommend you to any male, and any females who love their men and want them healthy again. Go to the expert, you will not be disappointed!!!

Our experience with this office has been incredibly frustrating. My husband underwent a prostate…read morebiopsy on June 25 and we were told to expect results within 7-10 calendar days. After hearing nothing, we called the office, only to be told that the earliest appointment to review the results is July 15--almost three weeks after the biopsy. Waiting for possible cancer results is extremely stressful. If the practice knew they couldn't discuss the results within the timeframe they gave us, that should have been communicated from the beginning. Instead, we spent days anxiously waiting, believing we would hear back when promised. I understand that physicians have busy schedules and that some results are best discussed in person. However, patients deserve accurate expectations, timely communication, and reasonable access to their results. Even a phone call or telehealth visit would have been preferable to waiting weeks with no proactive communication. I hope this practice reviews its process so future patients aren't left dealing with unnecessary anxiety during an already difficult time.
