Called last minute to see if there was any availability for a couples massage. My husband and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to take advantage of our kid-free time. They were able to get us in same day. The ability to fill out client forms prior to arrival was really convenient. They had already read them, so we had a quick discussion with our therapists and were immediately lead into a clean, relaxing room with high quality massage tables. One of my biggest pet peeves with some massage therapy places is eating up actual massage time with talking, changing, or upselling. This was not the case here. Alisha and her team are professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The massages were excellent! We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and like we more than got our money's worth. Came here as a Bday gift to myself. Street parking was ok, I can see it being a challenge if you come after 4, they are moving soon so to-be-continued if that will be an issue at new spot. Greeted with a smile. Massage was awesome. Facial was ok, I've had many facials and have never had someone where plastic gloves while touching my face, very odd,plus she had perfume on that was very offensive ( I'm very sensitive to smells). Big fan of Alisha's... First of all Alisha and Danielle have given my mother and I massages on two occasions, both of which were after very stressful times for our family. What a treat. I went here after Christmas for a massage and facial. I had one of the best massages I've ever had from Alisha. Very reasonably priced, professional and relaxing. My facial was awesome too. I would definitely recommend this spa. Great Spa. It is small but don't let that fool you. I got a spa week gift card and decided to use it here. Maternity massage was great. Back felt really good afterwards and I was really relaxed through the whole treatment.. I also got a facial and it took care of my main issues with my skin. I definitely plan on being back at the spa and trying other treatments. A couple of things to make note: 1. Parking is on the street which is okay. 2. Pricing: Extremely reasonable. 3. Products: They use really great products- high quality stuff. 4. The Salon in the same building has organic hair color which is very hard to find in the Reading Area. She was so knowledgeable about what would be best for my skin, but did not push any services on me just to try to make a sale. Can I give them 6 stars? I booked a surprise couples massage for my boyfriend's birthday a week in advance. They were flexible on scheduling (their online booking tool only showed one available therapist for the time I wanted but they happily accomodated) and got back to me quickly. I spoke with Danielle who was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I received an email confirmation for both our appointments as well as a reminder email which was nice (I knew it was in their system!). We arrived a little early and weren't sure if we were supposed to go downstairs and were trying to stay quiet (wasn't sure which doors led to therapy rooms, etc.) but Alisha was very friendly and called us downstairs. We filled out quick forms, used the restroom, and were led into our massage rooms. They opened the door between the two rooms so we could chat but we weren't right on top of each other which was nice. Some "couples" massage rooms are so cramped I feel like the therapists have to coordinate who gets to stand where and then I'm just worried about logistics instead of my massage... not so here! My 90 minute Swedish massage with Alisha was awwwwwesome. I have a minor shoulder injury and whatever she did made it feel so much better. Doing yoga this morning, I had so much more space in my muscles where I was really tight before. She was very considerate of my personal preference to not have anyone touch my feet, ever. I recently broke my toe and also just hate having my feet touched. My boyfriend loved his massage with Lynae- he made sure I had her name so he can book a massage with her again. He has a physically demanding job and says his shoulders feel better than they have in a long time. We had a couples massage previously so I figured it would be a good surprise...Before our massage I asked him if it was a good surprise and he replied with a less than enthusiastic/slightly hesitant "yeah..." and when I asked again after while he was still laying on his table he said, "oh yeah...thank you sooooo much" and I know he absolutely meant it. He wouldn't even open his eyes he was so relaxed. We were both in a relaxed, hazy stupor after and even stumbled into our house like we were both drunk....my muscles just felt like Jell-O they were so relaxed. First off this place is adorable and so nice. The massage room was breathtaking. Me and my boyfriend came here for a couples massage and oh my i feel amazing. Even my boyfriend who was nervous about getting one said it was the best thing ever. The ladies were so nice and talented in making sure we had a great experience and we were comfortable. the room was silent except for relaxing music playing which i loved because i was truly able to relax. The scalp massage almost made me fall asleep. I stand all day for work so my legs and back always hurt and i feel like a new person. This was my first massage and defientely not my last. The prices are amazing here by the way, i only spent 180 for a full body and scalp massage which is honestly almost unheard of. The receptionist was very friendly. Id reccomned this place to anyone.
