Angelica appears young, but will take direction & honor requests with little bit of prodding. She has calm, easy-going, no drama, energy. Find her to be cautious, but genuinely interested in doing a good job & focused on service not her phone or coworkers. Reasonably priced, decent selection of colors, comfortable chairs. I my first time at this salon, I was supposed to have a certain stylist. When I went to the receptionist, I gave my name and she told me the name of a different stylist that I'd be seeing. I thought I was going crazy and just forgot the name, but that wasn't the case. They put me with a beginner stylist and never even informed me of the change. The second time...I scheduled a cut/color for a specific day and time. I took ETO from work, and canceled a doctors appointment so I could get my hair done. 2 hours prior to my appointment, they canceled it saying my stylist had to go home early. Now I know these things happen...but in all of my life, I've never had a salon cancel an appointment. Never. Everyone was nice, but they could definitely be more professional. read more

I've been going to this salon for over 10 years after a friend recommended it to me. They did our makeup and hair for her wedding. Cinergi has consistent quality. Oh, I have my favorites, but if I cannot get them, anyone I go to has always done a great job for me, whether it is cut, style, color, or nails. They get me in, in a pinch, when I have a sudden need for a change or an update. They also have great sales on jewelry and accessories and carry good lines such as Pureology. And they take your coat and offer you a coffee or glass of wine, nice. I always look forward to going. The staff stay a long time too, which says something about how they are treated, in an industry where there seems to be a lot of movement.
