I found this place from my girlfriend who gave me a gift certifiacet for my birthday. We both absolutely loved it. We started with a couples massage and then a relaxing facial. I then took a shower in our private room and then left to visit some local wineries. My massage therapist Lisa and my girlfriends therapist Kate were both incredible. Since they are both a day spa and a medical spa, they can offer a great range of services. You can choose from hydro facials, anti-aging, microdermabrasion, vitamin C -- all the cutting-edge treatments. I am so addicted to the Pearl Facial it's not even funny. The Spa also offers *actually effective!* laser hair removal, massages, spray tanning, manicures, pedicures, makeup, top-notch skincare products, and pampering goodies. Plus, the decor is beautiful, very tasteful, and the background music is very soothing. One of the real treasures of the Spa is the staff. They are just incredible. Not only are they so warm and welcoming, but they are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The aestheticians can recommend just the right treatment for your skin. I brought my 70+-year-old mom (not a spa gal) here for a facial before a big event. Kathy selected treatments that took 10 years off my mom's appearance - in her words! She couldn't stop touching her face and couldn't wait to book her next appointment. Hubby and I tried out the couples' massage, which was really fun! The masseuses were wonderful. Several weeks ago, I made an appointment for my two friends and I to have a little spa morning that was scheduled for tomorrow. This morning I got a call and was told only my appointment was canceled and that I could reschedule for that evening. Obviously as it was a group event, that would not work. I later called back to cancel all three appointments and they told I me they would need a credit card number and charge me 50% the fees for all three services because they've been "working on getting me someone to do my facial all day". Not only would that not be happening but we will never be returning to the Spa at Spring Ridge. read more

I'm giving two stars bc it was quick and efficient, and casey the girl who took care of me was lovely. However, I get spray tans like every other week in the summer and this is not even close to the best I've ever had. I came in bc this is closer to my house but I'll probably switch back, I'd prefer quality over convenience. I'm not familiar with the particular formula they use but it beads up on your skin which makes me think it doesn't get absorbed properly. They definitely should be double coating people. It's just disappointing at $40, this spray tan is a good deal more expensive then what i usually pay and its a day later and i have little to no color after a quick rinse off, and like I said i spray tan frequently so i know how to pretreat and take care of a tan after. read more

I just had the worse facial today ever. I had so many good facials, this one is comparable the worse. It was not only rushed, it actually hurt my face! She scrubbed the skin briskly and never massaged or even gave me a real facial! It was overpriced and lasted about 20 min at most! There are so many good spas! AVOID them. Fantastic service, excellent aestheticians, state-of-the-art equipment, and the most relaxing environment! I've had a multiple of services here: facials, laser hair removal, waxing, massage, manicures, and skin care consultations. Every service has been exemplary. People used to think I was 10 years younger than I am. After coming here for facials & skin care for a decade, now they tell me I look 20 years younger! I can't recommend the Spa highly enough. I really misjudged this place by one phone call. After making an appointment, I have a lot of great things to say. Here we go: 1. The Spa is state of the art and offers more services than anywhere else in a 50 mile radius. There is a treament for just about everything you need. 2. The staff are frinndly and very educated about the products and services. 3. They offer different monthly specials. It took them about two days to update the website. 4. Reasonabiliy priced services. 5. Extremely comfortable settings for a medical spa. I am planning to get a lot more treaments and planning to get a few more things done. I am a recent Bell Tower customer. I am no longer going there because they are overpriced and mess things up too much. Spa at Spring Ridge is wonderful. They do everything, except hair, but that is ok. Ulta did a great job on my hair. I had a facial, laser, mani, pedi, message and wow. Great Great Great and the price was so cheap. Was very surprised. Do not go here for tattoo removal. I had a simple small black tattoo and was charged 400$ for the procedure. It did absolutely nothing. I was told to wait 6 months and call back. I went in and the manager did nothing. I expected at minimum a small change in appearance but there was nothing and no empathy from the manager. read more

Excellent spa with wonderful estheticians. I've been having facials and messages with Jenny for 1 1/2 years and my skin is beautiful. The facials are so relaxing and make your skin look and feel beautiful. I've also had pedicures and gel manicures with Jenny and Chou. The gel lasted nearly three weeks with no chipping. I can't say enough good things about the Spa and would recommend trying their services. I've very pleased with every service I've had, and I'm sure you will be, too. read more

This was my first time getting a spray tan here and unfortunately I wasn't satisfied. I followed all of the instructions because I have had spray tans other places but this spray tan was not good. I was blotchy all over, and honestly it didn't even make me tan. The parts that did change color were awful. My knees, feet, ankles, and between my breasts looked so bad. My arms, stomach, and legs didn't even get tan. I don't have complaints about the woman doing the spray tan but I did tell her I was going on vacation and wanted to be pretty dark, and unfortunately I was just as pale as I was when I went in with the exception of the blotchy parts. I basically had to use a self tanning lotion on my own to even get some color and I had to scrub off the areas that looked bad. I felt it was a waste of money for me and I could have done a better job on my own with tanning lotion and a mit. Needless to say I will not be returning for a spray tan. read more

Brought my arthritic mom here for a massage - left 85 bucks lighter and just as tense. The masseuse didn't listen to my mom's requests for pressure adjustments nor did she pay attention to the the areas my mom requested. They called my mom back 10 minutes after her appointment was supposed to start and counted that as part of the hour long massage. Totally dissatisfied with the massage etiquette here; it may be an ok spa for other things but I fully recommend you take your massage business elsewhere. read more
