Then I got into my car and noticed the patch missing from my left eyebrow as pictured. When I walked back inside to ask her what happened she was extremely rude and said "you're eyebrow is just shaped like that, just use a brow brush to comb it over". In the 25 years of having my eyebrows I've never had a bald patch like I do now. This is an obvious mistake. I was so frustrated with the complete disrespect, I left- the least they could've done was apologize to me. Overall, this place is dirty, cheap and extremely rude. I guess you get what you pay for.
