Really impressed by this place! Clean, peaceful ambience, with many services available! Classy, but not at all pretentious. At the top of my list, however, is the staff. I chatted with maybe seven people who worked here during my visit, and they were all delightful! You cannot find a more friendly place. Had a very nice conversation with Shannon, Director of Operations. She gave me a lot of her time and was quite informative about detox protocols and supplementation. I don't want to set a precedent, so I won't give details, but let's just say she did something else for me that was extremely thoughtful and not at all expected. The nurses, staff, front desk, and even other clients were super kind. I picked up three bottles of supplements; they clearly value high-quality brands, as I spotted many labels from companies that several of my integrative doctors had recommended to me over the years. I made an appointment with the functional Medicine department which took a few weeks before they had availability. After waiting a few weeks I was excited to finally speak with someone about my autoimmune issues. They completely blew me off! Sent me a zoom link that did not work. I called the office several times and left a vm- no one got back to me. Followed up with an email - no response! Quite a disappointment and unprofessional. read more

I had a concussion and back and neck injuries from a serious auto accident. Physical therapy helped, but I still had daily headaches, back and neck pain. After three red light therapy sessions I could tell a difference. Greatly decreased pain levels and head aches reduced to only 1-2 a week! I am continuing the red light therapy and still having good improvement. Added bonus, my weak eyelid that drooped has strengthen and is now barely noticeable! read more

The Alive and Well team is incredible. I feel so cared for whenever I call or visit--that and the amazing energy keep me coming back time and again. The pharmacy team is so helpful, and even when a product hasn't worked for me, they've been there to solve the problem. I've also worked with Dana, and I was blown away by her compassion and responsiveness. Electra is wonderful, too. Thanks to her, I found red light therapy, which has had a huge impact on chronic pain that I've been struggling with for years. I went from hardly walking to nearly pain-free in only a few weeks. This staff goes above and beyond to help you, support you and offer top notch services. Everyone is also very knowledgeable and great at their craft. What keeps me coming back is the personal care, great package options as well as that they don't push extras on you that you don't need or want - it drives my business and keeps the place feeling authentic. I cannot recommend Alive + Well enough!! I have been coming here since they opened a few years ago and have always had amazing experiences. Their yoga classes are incredible. I got a facial a few weeks ago and all COVID precautions were followed! Today I woke up feeling extremely dehydrated and sick, called the IV Drip and they got me right in. Our family has been customers of Alive and Well for over a year now. They have an excellent buyer for their supplements and are helpful finding what is needed if you aren't sure. My two sons have been able to do the IV treatments and saunas and the service is wonderful. At a time when immune systems need all the support they can get, while small businesses struggle to keep staff, they have done an extraordinary job on both. ***Updated review-I just received a call from Shannon, the general manager, who stated they have moved the foot bath treatment into another more suitable area after seeing my concerns. She stated they are always appreciative of feedback, whether it's positive or even if it is recommending improvements they could make. She did not ask me to edit or remove my review and just stated they want to make sure they are continuing to grow and do what is best for their clientele. One of the best massages you can get in Austin and it's closest surrounding cities!! I have done physical therapy for a year and I'm a busy mom of two boys under two... the few massages I have received from here were exactly what I could have hoped for regarding relief and relaxation. As part of my birthday treat, I booked a yoga class on Friday at 10:45 AM with the amazingly talented Bea Love. The location is just off 71 NOT 620 as is listed on their official address. In addition to yoga classes, they also have a float tank, infared spa and apothecary which I look forward to checking out. Bea's class was the perfect combination of mat and standing work, leaving me feeling energized and relaxed paradoxically. I love going to this place when time allows. Veronica will give the best massage you've ever had and Cindy the acupuncturist is phenomenal! Nice friendly staff and lots of amenities to choose from.
