My therapist was very good at asking questions and making sure I was comfortable. She did the best massage I've ever had and I played college football so I've had many. I signed up for the membership because it is actually a very good deal and saves you a nice chunk of money. I will be going back weekly. Where I feel it was like a massage envy type vibe where they don't just give you fully what you want and try to make you come back for another one. The hot towel and cupping was great however didn't seem like the person knew what they were fully doing. Lastly I know the cost of living has went up, but this was my first and last visit as no reason why someone should be paying $200+ for a massage period.
