As a Health and Wellness Coach, offering clients, like myself, with autoimmune and lymphatic disorders therapeutic services, unmasked, in close quarters, with no open windows or circulation in the office, is negligent, unethical, against state mandate, arrogant and dangerous. She was not wearing a mask when I arrived and offered her hand for me to shake. She became nervous when confronted about not wearing a mask upon my arrival, and justified her behavior not wearing one because she was alone in the office. I asked her, "Are you not wearing a mask?" and she said, "No, would you like me to wear one?" I said "Yes." She put one on. I felt uncomfortable, however and asked her if she was vaccinated. She said "No." I then said that I was not comfortable and that I would like a refund. Groupon is resisting refunding me. Six days ago, King5 reported that "We are by far in our largest surge for COVID-19," said Chief Medical Officer Dr. Kevin Caserta.

The receptionist was a very nice and helpful. When it was time for my massage I could not have anticipated how great it was going to be. Heated table, hot rocks, cups, everything you could ask for. My therapist was very good at asking questions and making sure I was comfortable. She did the best massage I've ever had and I played college football so I've had many. I signed up for the membership because it is actually a very good deal and saves you a nice chunk of money. I will be going back weekly. As a former college athlete and current rodeo athlete I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to everyone at Ballaura spa.

However as we got into talked the hot spots I would like to focus on, and which was odd for me as usually that's where someone would start or have you lay face down, instead it was face up. Where I feel it was like a massage envy type vibe where they don't just give you fully what you want and try to make you come back for another one. The hot towel and cupping was great however didn't seem like the person knew what they were fully doing. Lastly I know the cost of living has went up, but this was my first and last visit as no reason why someone should be paying $200+ for a massage period. I have found and had better from others in the area. Update: management did reach out in attempt to help solve future issues and provide a complimentary service.
