At approximately 10:00 a.m., while I was in the shop getting a haircut, an individual driving under the influence crashed into two parked vehicles--one of which was mine. What could have been an overwhelming experience was made significantly more manageable because of the way your team and the people in the shop showed up with genuine care and concern. Throughout the incident, you checked on me periodically, made sure I was okay, and even brought me my jacket when you noticed I was visibly cold while waiting outside for the Lacey Police Department to complete their investigation. Those small but thoughtful actions meant more to me than you may realize. I was also deeply touched when another patron, who was simply there for a haircut, paid for mine. That act of generosity, combined with the compassion shown by the Superfades staff, was a powerful reminder of the strength of community in difficult moments. Not only was he unhappy with the service and quality of his haircut and beard trim, but when it came time to use the gift certificate they accused him of trying to use a fake one. They couldn't find their own record of when they sold me this gift card which was not cheap, but then accused him of trying to use a fake gift card. I'm not sure why he was treated so poorly, but this is very disappointing. We will not be returning.
