This has been my go-to salon for mani-pedis for the past two years, and I can't recommend it enough. The owners and staff are incredibly diligent, detail-oriented, and always create such a welcoming environment. The pricing is amazing--my gel manicure was only $35 base price, and all of their other services are very reasonably priced as well. Another huge plus is that this salon is appointment only, which I absolutely love. It means no waiting around and no walk-ins cutting into your scheduled time. The salon is always clean, and they are very thorough about cleaning and sanitizing all stations. Overall, it's a reliable, professional, and comfortable place that I'll continue to return to. Really nice salon! It's been a few months but so far it's my fave nail spot that I've been to in the last two years. I went here for my birthday and got a gel manicure, tech was super nice, no cuts, tons of color options and I learned that some polishes could work or not work with your personal ph. Mine stayed on for over 3.5 weeks and looked good (grown out a bit) but good until I peeled them off. 10/10, will be back! I like that it's appointment only as well. read more

I came in about a week ago to get a full set and holistically it was a great experience. I loved that it was appointment only which allows the salon to have a calm atmosphere and gets you in and out quickly. The quality of my nails is pretty good. I noticed when my tech put on the tips, they weren't glued to the very top of my nail which creates a bit of room between the tip of my natural nail and the acrylic. Lastly, while the quality is above average I wasn't 100% pleased with the design. I came in with a reference picture l, which was very simple, and ended up with a different result. My tech (who was a pleasure to speak and work with) said she doesn't do designs, only very simple nails. I will say I allowed the tech to take some creative liberty from there. I'd rather have cute nails that don't look like the reference than messed up nails that kind of do. Knowing this I'm unsure if I'll come back again as I prefer simple designs rather than plain French tips. read more

I have been coming here since we moved back in 2023. Always a pleasant experience. Last week had a gel manicure, tech said the brand I picked has sometimes had issues. Call them if it does. One week later, one nail was peeling on the side. I called and they fixed and checked all nails and they look amazing. No charge to fix and very attentive. I had the owner messaged me, and told me I had the wrong business. The review is for the correct business. The nail technician put gel nail polish on and it didn't dry( because you need a UV light). I had to come back and the gel polish got on my new pants. They treat customers like they are stupid , so I should not be surprised he tried to lie to me. My Mom has dementia (Alzheimer's) and finding a place to get her nails (feet and toes) done where she feels comfortable and people are patient and receptive to her can be challenging. We walked in on a weekday afternoon, they were busy and were not able to get in same day, which is totally understandable. They were happy to make us an appointment for that Friday for 1pm (just 2 days later), so we gratefully booked it for her and returned on our scheduled day just before the appointed time. When we arrived, they were running right on time (to me, a sign of a salon that schedules responsibly, not just taking walks-in's to fill chairs) and my Mom went straight to a spa pedicure chair to being her experience (this is helpful since sitting and waiting in a new environment can be challenging for a person with dementia). I did not disclose off the bat that she has dementia (as she is not angry or mean or unsafe even when she is a bit confused), but sat close by to explain if needed, reassuring her that I was right there with her. She began repeating herself pretty immediately and the wonderful woman working on her pedicure caught on very quickly and turned to me and said, "it's ok" with a smile and answered her questions a few times without so much as a pause. While the price here is a bit higher than it is at the salon I go to in Lakewood (about 20 minutes North), I will gladly bring my Mom here to know she will be treated with respect and be given an amazing pedicure! They were so kind, patient, and did a great job on her nails and with "spoiling" my Mom a bit with a leg massage (even stopping to ask her if it was ok first!) and a beautiful pedicure. Lots of starts and stops, Britton was good but ruined my fingernails, JNails was also good but had a snarky manicurist and crazy expensive prices, etc. today I found my spot at New Nails. Organized, on time, personable and perhaps most importantly did a GREAT job on my toes and fingernails. The manicurist made my damaged nails look great and the pedicure soothed my soul. Not making an appointment and then having to wait because of walk ins. It's a soothing environment so I can relax, but they to engage in conversation. They give good suggestions too. They encouraged me to try new nail colors, I was afraid of brighter colors, but honestly with my skin tone, the bright colors look amazing and now I'm hooked! I had a great experience here! My bestie and I were referred by our local Mom's group and decided to try out pedicures there. Immediately we were greeted with a smile. The employees were kind, communicative and sincere. We didn't feel rushed. The massage felt great! Very convenient and reasonably priced. Our nails looked amazing! Just simply the best nail service I have received in many years. I know I am picky, I get it. I also have eagle eyes and can see everything. But I had nothing to look at but perfect nails. No smudges, no extra gel polish on my skin (I have extremely small, narrow nails so this is a common problem at other salons), and no missed cuticles to clean up later on my own (like I almost always have to do elsewhere)! I just had the most wonderful mani/pedi with Jack & Sally. From the moment I made my appointment, I knew I was going to be pleased. When I walked in I felt completely welcome and the salon was lovely. As a diabetic I am always cautious when getting a pedicure, but Jack knew exactly what to do. My entire service was fantastic. Although there were other customers, not once did I feel like they were rushing to get to the next person. I was pampered from start to finish and my full appointment was 40 minutes. They were not distracted by other guests or phone calls, the music was relaxing and the conversation was wonderful. I had gel on my natural nails and they are shaped perfectly. If you're looking for a nail salon in Lacey look no further. Not only are the prices great, the staff are friendly AND the whole place has recently been remodeled. It's very clean and very comfortable. One thing I really like about this nail salon is that they are mainly based on appointments. I used to hate walking into a salon and waiting for some random person to take care of my nails. And in that instance I would hope they did a good job. 3 pedicures, 2 full sets, and $300 later... I've got one throbbing, swollen, painful finger. The thing has been throbbing my entire Hawaii vacation. The people were nice.. but you would think they know not to file half of your nail away and so deep into the cuticle. It was burning the whole time she kept filing but I figured she knew what she was doing because of all the great reviews here... plus I don't ever get acrylics done. Never had this happen before! Might be infected and have to go get it drained when I get home... yikes. Maybe this is why I don't get my nails done. I made an appointment at this location for the first time this week. They had availability and were very congenial on the phone. I actually like that they are appointment only and no walkins. I think that gives priority to those who have made an appointment and provide greater detail and service to us. The work was done with care and they provided a menu of services which I really appreciated. This way, there is no communication error or gap in what is expected and what you were paying for. The ambience is decent, they had nice music and the standard chairs. They did my manicure and pedicure at the same time. Which saved me sometime and was very convenient. I don't normally get my nails done but my husband and I decided to treat ourselves before the arrival of our baby. We found this place through Google and had a really great experience! Definitely call ahead to get an appointment first as they are a small business. It's just a courtesy to do that and they do get booked up pretty quickly. The place was very clean. They have you sanitize your hands when you walk in and everyone was wearing masks. Everyone was very nice and professional. We both got pedicures and I also got a manicure. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!!! I told them they should put "no Walk Ins" because they really don't take walk ins. Which is completely fine there are many salons that do appointment ONLY to avoid issues. I use to live like 7 mins away so I was able to come back later or make an appointment sometimes. Now we live in Lakewood, I have 4 kids, I work and my husband is a firefighter so I can't really schedule an appointment with our insane schedule. I came here a year ago and he said they had no WALK INS AVAILABLE AT ALL THAT DAY. I returned today a year later at 9:45am, they open at 10am. He said they don't have any Walk Ins until 3pm. I told them they need to post APPOINTMENT ONLY!! There is nothing wrong with appointment only salons! I woke my daughter up early so we can arrive early right when they opened since my sons game got canceled and once again they say no Walk Ins. Good salon, good people. I just want anyone else that has a crazy unpredictable schedule like me with 4 kids in sports Do Not Walk In. I drove all that way thinking if I came 15 mins before opening I would be able to walk in. They just don't have a lot of workers like other salons which is ok. I went to a salon in Lakewood that took us in and they were amazing with about 6 workers called Diva Nails. So just in case you can't get a walk in here. I'm just mad this is the 2nd time. So I am posting for them "NO WALK INS". Yes they do a great job at nails but they can careless if you drove a 39 mins or a hour... if you don't have an appointment you don't get in. read more
