Recently cancelled my 8-year service with PRIMO BRANDS (originally SPARKLETTS thru COSTCO) because PRIMO BRANDS customer service is NONEXISTENT, unreliable and the 3-gallon bottles with HANDLES that I received for 8-years were suddenly NO LONGER AVAILABLE (also, nowhere does PRIMO tell you how to CANCEL service). After much research called PEBBLE SPRING WATER and spoke to WILL at length about my NEED for 3-gallon HANDLE bottles. Was assured they have them and my new account was set up immediately. My first delivery came 2-days later and was exactly as promised. Suffice it to say SO FAR, BEYOND GREAT!!!! Love the fact that PEBBLE SPRING WATER is a smaller company who actually still cares about REAL customer service and PERSONAL assistance instead of automation hell! Works for me!! They have never missed a delivery and are super communicative. We have 2 different locations and when one of them wasn't open they asked if we needed more water and when the best time to delivery was. Got our first delivery of alkaline water today (we requested the highest available pH they have, which is 9.5), and it tasted better than expected! We used to trek to Whole Foods and fill our 5-gallon bottles with alkaline water there, but the taste of it was always off or lackluster, so we looked around for delivery solutions until we saw someone who mentioned this company. After reaching out with several questions, we got answers super quickly from Will and he was able to schedule our first delivery to arrive within 24 hours, which was a delightful surprise. Best of all, there's no minimum order requirement or contract or upfront payment, so if you try it and don't like it, you're not forced to be locked into anything. (If you borrow any bottles or equipment, you just return them when you cancel service.) This was very important to me.
