Some of the so slow work was the will was over 100 pages long, and they had a hard time calling me because I screen all my calls, the ones that come over "unavailable" I do not answer, and that is the way theirs was coming. He then provided very poor representation. He cost thousands and lost thousands. He promised an aggressive approach but instead he seemed to take an all talk no action approach and backed down quickly at mediation costing thousands. On countless occasions he emailed requests for phone calls, talked about anything and everything; sometimes he did talk about the case but many times it was not important. He charged for the calls he requested. He did this for quite a while until he was questioned on whether he actually planned on doing anything, specifically what he said he was going to do. There are other questionable charges as well. We will probably have to hire another attorney to fix the mess he created. J. Moffet was made very aware of the complaints against this terrible attorney and backed him up. This is what Jonathan said after he scammed us out of our money, "I don't have to beleive you, I just have to defend you". That really sums up the kind of attorneys and the kind of people they are. Just fyi Jonathan and Jed, you do need to beleive your client. We wouldn't have hired you if we had thought otherwise.
