He, like most lawyers know what judges are biased and do not oppose them in any way shape or form. This has a negative impact on his clients but as long as they pay, it's not a problem. Buyer Beware! He looks at clients to determine how much he can extract from you! He burned through a $5K retainer in 1 week! He said in his response to a negative review that the person who gave him a negative review, his case was contested. He gave BAD advice encouraging me to not oppose an action that would make personal property, community. Dean Zane argued to me that Personal Injury $ was community Property! His actions are designed to maximize billing hours and not progress your case. My case was contested and opposing counsel violated Federal Law by breaching the VA Federal Database to obtain information used in my divorce case. I swear if you use this lawyer you will be sorry and lose money. I stopped paying him to respond to copious requests for production, while never demanding anything from the other side.
