The available service opening wasn't as fast as we hoped (a ~week later than my call) so our washing machine connection was delayed, but estimates for faster service we got from a couple other plumbers we have used before was over $150 more expensive. I liked however that John, once on site, was able to scope out some best case and "worst case" cost scenarios for the repair. So I feel they were fair about their diagnosis process. A couple hours later everything was cleaned well, tested well, and our connections were working again. Service is fine, but the invoice is ridiculous! I had a breaker that would not stay on. They sent two people (journeyman and apprentice) who were onsite for an hour. I was charged a trip charge (they say for the vehicle costs) plus one hour labor time plus one hour travel time (can you say trip charge) for two people. I had this same repair done by another electrician who was not available, for about 1/12 the price they guys charged me. Not using them again! Would not recommend based on pricing alone. read more

My Generac Generator would not start. A technician from All Aboard Services got it to run but could not get it to produce electricity. After $390 of troubleshooting he thought it might be the Rotary Assembly, at a cost of $1,888, but could not guaranty this would fix the problem, so he also gave me a quote for a whole new Generac Generator at $6,209. I then called Generac at 1-888-Generac but because it is 6 1/2 years old it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. So why would I buy a new generator when this one broke at 6 1/2 years???? What a rip off!! read more
