    ***READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO SUCCESSFULLY GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THESE SCAMMERS: My senior dad was scammed while purchasing budget flights through this shady company not realizing until later looking them up they are notorious for doing this same shady business for years. He entered his credit card and booked round trip flights for a deal of $282 but never received the confirmed tickets -- instead he was called and pressured to "upgrade" his flight because what he booked "doesn't exist anymore (time/date/airport has changed" or "doesn't allow even personal item to carry on". He asked to cancel the transaction immediately but they said his booking is "nonrefundable". So he hesitated and they made him agree by email consent to book a more expensive "upgraded" reservation for total $499 but had to change the flight date/time. He then received his flight confirmation for Frontier and Southwest by email. When my dad told me what happened, I did my research learning about this scam company preying on people and pressuring/misleading them to pay more for fake upgrades. They booked him a one-way Frontier departure flight and one-way Southwest return flight. I entered the flight confirmation codes onto these official websites and saw they had listed "myofficefly786@gmail.com" as my dad's email which is likely why my dad never received his tickets instantly after initially booking -- they used his credit card to purchase the flights which went to their gmail account and unless my dad agreed to their fake upgrades, they wouldn't release the tickets he paid for!!!!!!! I looked at the separate flight purchase receipts on the official websites and saw the prices were lower than what the company charged him. I looked up baggage policies for Frontier and Southwest and saw personal item carry-ons are FREE for all fares unlike what they told my dad when they coerced him to pay more for that. I now had enough evidence to request a refund complaint. My dad and I called their general line 888-510-5905 and they made me speak to 3 people (all who have a thick Indian accent), all who were saying the booking was "nonrefundable" and your dad agreed to these upgrades by email. I was firm with our refund request after looking up my dad's flights on the official airline websites and saw the actual receipts paid and baggage policy did not match what they told and charged him; I also mentioned the shady gmail linked to my dad's purchase when it should've been his email to receive the tickets as well as threatened to report their company to the feds and media. I think that made them uneasy, so to negotiate, they refunded their additional upgrades/service fees of $217 claiming the $282 used for the airfare was nonrefundable which we accepted and the refund showed up on his credit card account immediately after the phone call which took 40 min total. My dad then changed his credit card number and updated the email on the reservation so they wouldn't alter it any further. I hope this helps others from falling for this bait-and-switch scam company that needs to be SHUT DOWN NOW.
