I don't even know where to start here, the one star reviews are on Par! He FINALLY came after excuses of traffic, his son, and a host of other things. Made many promises, gave a quote and "discounted" the services based on his inability to get to our home on time. This man set three squirrel traps, said he would be back. The squirrels not only ate the food but they flipped the traps that weren't placed properly. He was paid upfront and we haven't seen or heard from this man since! I have called, texted and everything else. NOTHING! I didn't want to do a review like this but to steal our money, and never come back as promised is crazy! Shane came, he saw and he conquered. He came and within a few minutes stated what our issue was. He then educated us on types of what exactly we could be dealing deal with. Once he was done, he stated the solution, went to his truck and handled our problem. He even sealed a hole that our problem had. Thank God for him. Shane is outstanding. I was referred to him by another pest control company when I needed to have live birds removed from my vents in my home. I texted Shane and he responded within 20 minutes. First of all, I am a huge fan of responsiveness. I hate when you contact a company and are trying to give them YOUR money for a service and they take forever to call you. So, immediately I felt good about Shane. He thoroughly explained how he would resolve the issue - including things I had no idea about. For example, he said that he would remove all nests, spray for mites and clean out the ducts. He explained that all ducts had to be cleared because the birds are territorial and will just move to another location in my home. His price also including sealing up the vents. Shane came out and completed the job the day after I spoke to him. This was awesome because I was worried about having dead birds in my ducts. The day of, he was running a bit late but called me to say that - I really appreciate that he respected my time. He arrived, did the job and then called me once it was complete (I was at work). He again explained what he did and said that he found several nests which he laid in the yard and busted the eggs. He put them there so that I could see what he had done. His price was very reasonable in my opinion and definitely in line with other businesses who do the same thing (I did my research). I highly recommend Shane - I would 100% use him again but I hope that I never have to!! read more

Terrible customer service; late for appts, sometimes doesn't show up at all, part of job had to redone and I was charged an additional $1000 on top of original charge of $1500. My husband had to remove traps after Shane didn't show up for 2 weeks to check. Don't use! read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Shane Williams is not an honest man! He came out and gave me an estimate while he was still Working for Varmit Gone. I had a squirrel problem and he quoted me a high price, he then told me that he was starting his own company (ALL ABOUT ANIMALS) and that he would be willing to do it cheaper than Varmit Gone. So I trusted him and decided to let him do the job. I paid him $800 upfront and he "apparently " did the job. Three weeks later the Squirells were back and after calling him for several weeks before he answered and said he would come by, but he never showed up. Then one day, he messaged me and denied doing any work on my house and said that All About Animals is up and running and I don't have a contract to prove the work was done. He then threatened to sue me if I were to ever write a bad review, he was very rude in his text messages. I trusted that he had my best interest and that you wanted to help me get the Squirells out.. and now I'm going to have to pay another company to do the job you never did! read more
