During the first visit, the technician came into the house and talked to us about any issues we were having. He initially treated for those issues and let us know that if our problem (small ants) wasn't resolved in 2 weeks, he would come back out. Since the first visit, we haven't has any other pest issues. They do not need to spray in the house anymore - they just treat outside and in the crawl space. They're always ready to come out if we have any issues between treatment. They are always on time within their arrival window, and the techs are always completely professional.
