Noosa Pest Management has been a godsend to us! Kathy was phenomenal in assisting us with the services we wanted and needed. Gary was awesome. He came and spayed the inside of our house and our yard. He also sprayed the property to keep the mosquitos away. What a difference it has made. My husband does not believe in paying for pest control..it has taken me years to be able to do this. After much review and word of mouth suggestions, I gave Noosa a try. I am so glad I did. I was having ant problems, they came out to spray and after a week and a half and rain the ants were back, Noosa came out 3 different times until the issue was resolved. Noosa will come back with any pest problem that arises. they came out for my quarterly visit and 2 weeks later I noticed more bug activity. they got me an appt. right away. When Josh came out to spray we weren't home so he went ahead and sprayed the outside and crawl space, in doing so he noticed out pump not working under the house...so glad he did so we are able to repair it. I sold my home last year and was a continuous customer of Noosa for almost 12 years. During my home inspection in preparation for sale the inspector found a bat colony that had taken up residence inn my attic. I knew that they were a protected species if you didn't get them taken care of before a certain time of year during mating season and Noosa was able to help me in a pinch especially since my buyer was lined up. One of the scariest parts about moving into a new home, is finding you aren't the only tenants. As we're getting settled, we've been "welcomed" by a few pests. Thankfully the previous owners had regular pest control, which kept bugs to a minimum, but now it was time for us to keep that maintenance going. There were two things that distinguished Noosa from other pest control companies: 1) Local and 2) Eco-friendly practices. Yes, I realize that just by virtue of getting rid of bugs, isn't really eco-friendly, but better than some of the other alternatives. After already getting a different company to come over and get the mosquitos, I found out they do the same. After I called, they scheduled within 48 hours. Travis serviced my house and he was professional, friendly, and did a great job! They have a quarterly program and you get a slight discount with that. Looking for a pest control company to come spray my house called several most wanted me on a contract an some wanted to call me back with a quote. I just want someone to come spray , finally called Noosa Pest they were no nonsense an would come do what I asked. I kept seeing those palmetto bugs in my kitchen an I am a cleaning freak lol I have 2 dogs so I sweep an mop several times a week an no dishes or food is ever out. Noosa came out he sprayed inside an out an assured me I didn't have a Roach problem. He said they are over populated this summer an they were searching for water. We've been using Noosa since the beginning of this year. They've been good and effective, but today I'm compelled to write a review on multiple sites. While servicing our back yard a flower pot was accidentally damaged. They called immediately to let me know (left me a message) and by the time I called the manager back they had already purchased a new pot and re-potted our plant. Professional and punctual but after giving them $2250 for fixing our fireplaces to prevent bats from coming in, I still have not received a receipt or a contract in writing stating their guarantee... I am somewhat concerned about this, as I have now already asked about this twice. read more

This three star rating is an average of me evaluating my onsite experience and my dealing with the office. First, my onsite technician is great. I can't recall his name, but he has been in my house many times and is always professional and courteous. He explains everything that is being done and why. It also helps that he is a nice guy and makes the visit just cool to deal with. He explains what the treatment will do and what to look for in case a return visit is needed. Well we have needed some return visits. No at the fault of the pesticide, we have a new construction home, right next to woods, and also more homes being built in the area, so bugs are expected. The issue is with scheduling these visits. On at least 3 occasions I have scheduled these returns visits and confirmed via email with whoever is responsible in the office only for my visit to disappear from their schedule. So I sit at home, and wait for them to show and nobody shows. It is unfortunately that the easy portion of the work as far as I am concerned, maintaining a schedule, is the reason I will likely have to cancel this service and find a new provider. read more

Even if he has his supervisor with him, for the money they are charging, I need someone who already knows what they are doing! We've been with Noosa for about 7 months and are happy. We use the once a quarter service and now the mosquito reduction. Sometimes we have spiders or ants outside, even soon after we've been serviced. But that's beauty of the once per quarter contract, they'll come and re-treat as needed between quarterly services. When I've reported something, they're quick to come back out and address it and the service guys are always professional and helpful. So far our experience has been much more pleasant than with the National we used to use. read more

Horrid service and never again... Negative reviews are an odd thing, you only want to leave them when you feel a company has wronged you but when we are shopping we say perhaps it was just that one customer.  This is my experience with Noosa Pest Control, I contacted them cold, to deal with bugs around the house mainly in the living room and foyer. They scheduled and rendered the pest control appointment in around 48 hours. The tech on site was very friendly and pleasant. The $200 service was detailed when scheduled and priced due to the two story house size. In the past 2 months since the service visit, I've had to kill several living, moving bugs. The tech said this would be normal following the service spray. As several weeks had passed, bugs persisted and I contacted Noosa. I was informed that they suggest a "monthly subscription" service in order to deal with normal pest circumstances. How many poor customers have been fleeced by this company? I bet they do suggest a monthly fee, more money when they can't render the service paid for in the first place? "Not much they can do for me other than offer a subscription plan" was the care I was offered. This is after I have yet to have one week where I haven't had to kill a moving bug after my "one time service." Whatever they respond here on Yelp, if they even bother, keep in mind they weren't previously worried and made no attempt to make it right with the customer when they had the chance. 1 star for the record, 0 stars in the real world. read more

Nice customer service...PEST CONTROL DOESN'T LAST! I understand it is organic- and naturally, it will not last as long as the potent stuff. However, our treatment lasted maybe a month and a half. If you need a re-treatment before 3 months is up - that's an extra $75.00. And we didn't even have our condo sprayed in a 'buggy' season - it was right before Fall. Pretty disappointing for the price. read more
