I know that many people don't appreciate great service , let alone give a positive report about the service and the tech who came yesterday. The tech sent me a text the day before and he arrived promptly yesterday. I watched as he went around my house and then he asked me if I had any questions. He explained what he had done for the service. He then asked if I wanted him to check and take the cardboard traps inside of the garage. He showed me what was inside of each and explained how they work. As I am a model railroader and have a large setup in my garage, he became interested in my layout. I showed him a few working parts and he said that this layout brings him back. He even took a few photos. He then shared his personal likes and how he really likes his job with Freedom exterminators. I have used Freedom to remove all debris from my crawlspace, check out any issues, check humidity levels and install a thick plastic layer over the ground. They hauled a ton of debris out, including my wet insulation, (actually 5 tons is I remember the number correctly). They worked hard. They did not mess around and take their time. Freedom Pest Services was the first to respond to my inquiry on Yelp for help with cockroaches in my house and the only company that asked for a picture of the roach before they could quote me. They took their time with me and explained that in order to treat the pest effectively, they needed to determine the exact type of roach. They determined our little problem wasn't even roaches, but black beetles. They came the very next day to treat and we haven't had a problem since. They come every other month and the pricing is very reasonable. Dave is very courteous and always takes the time to explain everything. Truly, I can, and will admit that I have very high expectations for services I am paying for. I probably expect a lot more than I should. I am very, very picky and pretty demanding of most things. When it comes to an exterminating service, admittedly it's not something I know a lot about personally, so I'm reluctant to fully trust what I'm being told. That said, a friend referred us to FREEDOM PEST SERVICE and they responded quickly to my request, were ON TIME and REALLY, REALLY explained and answered, in terms I could understand - my questions that I'm sure were elementary and annoying as I followed them around my home! Yes, I'm that guy. But, they treated my simple bug problem as if it was as big and as important as it was in my mind! So - if you are as picky and annoying as I can be, give them a try!
