We got married on 5/16/26 and I was really hoping for a great experience with AAE, but unfortunately we were left with very disappointed and stressed at multiple points of our interactions with them. I had initially reached out to AAE for a lounge setup for our wedding and was passed around several times, taking off the main email thread and unable to receive responses at times, then was met with an unpleasant response. As a result, we booked with another vendor who was extremely professional, kind, thorough and easy to work with. The tent our venue used as a part of the package was from AAE, which made me nervous, but considering they were contracted with them and therefore familiar with the space, we trusted the process. The tent was set up on time and worked for our event, however the lead who ran the take down was extremely unprofessional. The early morning after our wedding, I was walking out to the tent where we had our reception the night before, and to my shock, our wedding center pieces are on people's tables in the restaurant. I asked where the people had got the flowers and they informed me the lead outside told them they were up for grabs! I gathered as many as I could as they were to be returned to my florist that morning. I approached the crew taking the tent down and asked for the lead. They pointed him out, and he was turned completely away from the take down of the tent and was on his phone screaming the f word into it repeatedly, loud and clear at the family resort we were at. As a result of them not reading that the center pieces were rentals and just deciding they were free for everyone to take, we had to run around the resort and track down as many as possible. There were three centerpieces we could not track down which resulted in us owing over $100 in fines for the stolen center pieces. While AAE has great rentals and they were on time with setup, the service, communication and oversights in my experience at multiple points in the process was such a headache and created so much extra stress that I found to be unnecessary while planning a wedding. read more

My daughter got married on August 2, 2025, at Terra Mia Vineyard in Paso Robles. We chose All About Rentals because they were recommended by the venue. Our sales rep, Hannah, was wonderful--friendly, responsive, and great to work with. Unfortunately, the delivery experience fell short. We were missing a table, and the tablecloths arrived wrinkled and not on hangers. I called the delivery person several times and left messages with the office, but no one called back. Thankfully, I had brought an extra table, or there wouldn't have been a sweetheart table for the bride and groom. I understand that things happen, but the lack of response and follow-through was disappointing on such an important day. Five stars for Hannah, three overall because of the poor delivery and communication. read more

I wish I could give a stellar review - after all - I needed two tables and four benches for my daughter's birthday. Such an order could not be easier. Within a few hours they contacted me to ask if I had a full size truck - to which I immediately responded: "I did." Three days later they contacted me telling me that they are not open on the weekend - that I have to pick everything up by 3:00pm (today) - a Friday. YET THEY STILL HAD NOT GIVEN ME A QUOTE even as of today and there is no pricing information on the website. Perhaps they wanted nothing to do with me because I am hosting only a small 20-person get together. I went with another local vendor (with website pricing) who delivered to my house and set everything up (already). I wish it had worked out. read more

Terrible customer service. My wedding was on Wednesday, September 24, they sent me email confirmation on Thursday, Sept 18 quote "please ensure any changes to your delivery or pickup schedule are communicated before the start of your event week.", my delivery window was 9-11am, I asked them to reschedule delivery to 12pm since our check in time was 12pm at the venue, we were refused and said that this request was supposed to be made 10 days prior to the event and were trying to referenced the contract where it doesn't clearly said when we have to request reschedule, so pretty much those two statements didn't align. Why do you send reminder not 10 days prior to the event but you make false statement and then don't give an option for delivery time. I had to pay extra to check in into the property early and leave Los Angeles to drive 3 hours earlier, woke up at 4am. When delivery guys arrived I asked if they had a lot of deliveries today and they said ONLY ONE, I mean they clearly could've change the time, they just refused to do so. Instead of emailing me and letting me know that they will chamrge my card with the remaining balance they just went ahead tried to charge me, it declined and not even the sales person but they sent me automated email quote "Dear [Client Name]" not even trying to look up my name in their system. They sent another email saying that if I don't pay balance due they will proceed with collections, which was morning of September 25 right after my wedding. I mean, really thoughtfull to send a bride on the day after her wedding that they will send my info to collectors. And lastly, pick up window was 9-11am, we had to move out by 12pm, no one showed up or called before 11am, at 11:10 I called and they said that they are running behind, I was really frustrated because venue said that we had to be out from the property completely by 12pm. This whole thing was super stressful, office was rude, delivery manager Domingo was great , shout out to him! read more

The delivery was prompt, and the delivery men called 20 minutes ahead to give us warning, likewise for the pick-up.
