Very bad business ethics. I spoke with Kevin multiple times about our wedding which is year out. Him and I got everything settled on times, venue, and cost. We spoke on the phone and again, and I expressed my concern on not losing him for our event. He even told me "i will set aside this day and if i get asked about it, I will let you know" 3 days after our conversation he texted me telling me how he has had an inquiry on our same date. So I told him to get me the contract and I will get him a deposit back asap. We decided to hold off on the photo booth and mentioned that we may change our minds later on that; but we want to move forward on the DJing and Mcing. So 11 hours go by and he ask us for our information to email us our contract. I send it immediately, he then tells me an hour later "sorry but we have now been booked for that day and time, for more hours and a photo booth". So next time you're planning you Paso Robles wedding, if you decide to use Kevin, make sure you act within an hour of booking him and try to optimize his income for the event or else he will take the next person who is willing to use all his services and benefit him more than you.

She knew exactly how to ensure everyone's safety and comfort in a pitch black venue. From our first call, Kristiana's compassion and organization were evident. I knew when she talked about having a bathroom and emergency kit, having a toy prepared for any upset child, and having a full blown software to help design the wedding layouts - that she was the best. Her excitement and encouragement made planning stress-free, and she consistently reassured me that we would find solutions to any challenges AND bring any vision to life. On the wedding day, Kristiana excelled and was the best person to have by my side. She managed the vendors, kept the timeline on track, and was always there when I needed her. Whether it was safety pinning the entire inner layer of my wedding gown to prevent tripping, finishing petal toss cups last minute because the caterers forgot to do it, or comforting me before the ceremony because everyone else was too excited, she was a hero. AND THEN THERE WAS THE POWER OUTAGE! A nearby fire shut down all the power in the entire area - and the venue was completely dark. I was so afraid the wedding was over an hour early after all the money and time invested into the big day. Kristiana made sure everyone was safe, communicated effectively, and kept things moving. She even moved my card box to a safe location just because there were no more lights. She truly thought of every detail. Not only that, a week and a half after the wedding, she has been proactively seeking a partial refund from my venue for me because they did not have any back up lighting for an emergency situation that put all of the guests (especially elderly) at risk. And when I found out catering did not bring GF food for my GF guests, she took it upon herself to call them to get compensation for such a costly mistake. THINGS THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE TO DO AT ALL! All this to say, Kristiana is truly an ANGEL! She is the most caring and compassionate soul and without her, I truly don't know what would have happened during the wedding. The wedding was a fairytale and I truly believe the majority of that credit goes to her. Her proactive and caring nature left a lasting impression on everyone. I cannot recommend her enough. We experienced a frantic, sporadic, discombobulated wedding planner who brought every issue to our bride and groom. There was a bottle of alcohol taken to the dance floor that wasnt allowed. Alyssa approached the brodesmaid to get it back in an aggressive and confrontational manner. When the groom asked me to go ask Alissa to confirm a bottle of booze would get put back in the take home bins, I obliged. As I approached her, she proceeded to YELL at me (a bridesmaid) in front of the entire groomsmen table. After letting her know we should take this inside the nearby barn to discuss her issues since she had to yell them at me, she told me "NO" AND THAT "WE WOULD BE DOING THIS RIGHT HERE". I understand weddings are stressful, but the amount of times she brought the stress to the bride and groom, and yelled at the wedding party, and was just unorganized made for a stressful experience and the only negative thing about the wedding. I would not recommend using her as your wedding planner.
