8/13/2026 I hired Elegant Image Limousine for a party bus experience for my Father's 91st birthday party. Derek assisted me with the set up & logistics. He was extremely helpful. I was able to do it all via my cell phone. He allowed us to decorate the bus the morning of our reservation. Bethanie arrived promptly the day of the event. She was very helpful and even played along when we blocked his driveway. He thought he was driving to his party. lol It was hysterical he finally realized she was there to suggest him & pick him up. When he got inside we all yelled surprise!! We had a blast! She drove 11 of us from Los Osos to for our dinner reservation at The Maverick Saloon. It is a legendary, rustic honky-tonk and bar on Sagunto Street in Santa Ynez. Then she safely returned us home. Worth every penny & dollar!!!!! read more

We had such an amazing experience for my sister's bachelorette party! From the moment we were picked up to the moment we were dropped off, everything was absolutely wonderful. I booked the party bus that fits 20 people for 12 people, I had some people back out last minute but pricing was reasonable. I booked a 7 hour wine tour plus 1 brewery, which they recommended the extra hour since we're visiting 4 spots. The booking process was easy, I requested a quote and got a fast response. Dereck responded and answered all my questions. They did reservations and itinerary for me, meeting our needs and what I had requested. I didn't receive the itinerary til the actual day of and I had to ask for it. Pick up was scheduled for 9am, driver needed to pick up some of my guests at a hotel in Atascadero and the rest of us at an Airbnb in Paso Robles. Driver got to us at 930am and our first spot reservations was at 10am. So, of course we were late to our first stop to Rava winery. When we first met our driver Rick he seemed annoyed and not very welcoming or friendly. The bus only has 2 bottles of champagne for 12 people which not everyone could have. I just wish I knew they were only providing to 2 bottles. They did provide small water bottles and cups. The bus was clean and very nice. We did enjoy ourselves but we were only able to do 3 stops and half my group needed to get an uber back to their hotel after the third stop because we were running out of time which I was really upset about. I messaged the company to speak to a manager about our experience but I never got a call back or a response. I would love to try them out again to give them another chance but I'm afraid I will get the same experience. read more

I booked a 22 passenger vehicle many months ago, and put down a $100 deposit. Days before our event, I received a charge for the balance that was over $150 more than my contracted amount. I forwarded my contract to them via email and asked for a refund for the over charge. I was then told that they upgraded my vehicle to better accommodate my 20 guests, however it still showed we were getting a 22 person vehicle. I told them I didn't approve a different vehicle and would like a refund. I was then told, the new price was because I had changed the date of my event, however I changed the date months ago, and my contract shows the right date and price. I then received another receipt from them showing I received a 30 person vehicle, which we didn't! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will be writing more reviews, and I will be contacting the BBB. It's not much money, but it's really the point that a company can't change a contract whenever they want with out discussion. read more

Their prices were good and competitive with others in the area. We rented a 14 person van and it was clean and comfortable. I booked two 14 passenger vehicles on July 29 for my wedding the weekend of September 2nd. Spoke to Derek on the phone and emailed him to confirm it was for two vehicles. On August 23rd, less than 2 weeks before the wedding he calls to tell me there was a mixup and that only 1 vehicle was reserved and that they are sold out on the rest of their vehicles. He then goes on to back track this and says there is another 14 passenger vehicle available and that it would cost more to book. Then says I would have to let him know by that day if I wished to use their service for the one vehicle when we agreed on 2 or be charged the full price. Use them with caution and make sure everything that you agree to is in writing and in the contract. To me seems like they will say and do what they need to in order to get the sale. Derek did not offer anything to remedy their mistake. He did refund me my money. read more

It was a smooth and easy process to book with Derek. Our group had a bachelorette party and was picked up in a nice sprinter van. Drew was our driver and he was right on time and made sure we would be ready to go as we hopped around wine tasting. The only downside is you can't eat snacks on the bus. After my daughter was told last minute that her zip car was no longer available because of a broken windshield and there were no other cars available, I was in a panic. I needed to find a way for her to get home from SLO so she could catch a flight with us the next morning in San Francisco. I called one driving service and their price was off the chart, but they suggested Elegant Image (which was next on my list to call) and they did not disappoint! He was friendly and was always taking extra steps to make sure everything was great (which helped a lot given that we were there on a rainy day). Highly recommend asking for him!!! So why 4 stars instead of 5? 2 reasons: 1) We booked a limo that seats 8-10 people and are glad we only had 8 people, because it would have been a tight fit with 10. Keep that in mind when booking. 2) There was an already opened half empty water bottle in the ice chest. Not the biggest deal, but shouldn't have been there.
