I had some trouble getting him to call back and respond to my texts in the beginning of the build, which I found very frustrating, and unprofessional. He "may" be good at plumbing, but his problems with communication and lack of integrity are nothing to be ignored. Unfortunately he's in Klamath Falls, with few plumbers to choose from. Since he was already there and having to charge me for the call, he proceeded to spend a full hour completing taking apart the dryer, lubing every part, cleaning out any lint from the back, unplugging, disengaging and re-engaging the unit and checking it again at every step of the way.
