It was obvious to us that he has the experience and knowledge that some of the other contractors did not discuss with us. A One septic was able to have a quote put together the following day so we hired them. We are so thankful they were able to work through the rocky conditions and save us a lot of money because another contractor wanted several thousands of dollars more before even attempting to dig the holes for the tanks. Dan and Larry are hard working individuals that were able to get it done. Most importantly they were honest and when they said they were going to be there, they were there. Enter Rob from Steadfast plumbing. Scheduling an appointment with Candy was straightforward and easy. She was very helpful answering any questions I had & was able to schedule an appointment sooner than expected. This put me at ease as the pump has been inoperable for a week already & we're in the midst of the rainy season. Rob arrived at the scheduled time and we discussed the issue. He presented me with a plan & estimate which i agreed to. The price was reasonable so i approved the work. I don't envy Rob's job as he had to crawl into the crawlspace in a few inches of standing water to remove the old pump & install (to my surprise & pleasure an American made unit) the replacement. Using his years of experience and knowledge, he remedied my problem issue in short order. After all was said & done my sump pump is back in operation & performing as expected. When I called to ask how they got my information, they acted like it was no big deal and said they probably did work for me before and their new system got mixed up. Would you trust a company that doesn't verify who they billed? I don't know who gave them my information, but he practically hung up on me when I asked him to scrub the file. Very RUDE and lacking in customer support.

Had these guys do some work on irrigation manifolds last summer, nice enough guys, work looked good…read moreand they said work was guaranteed leak free for a year. This summer I discovered a leak they came out a cut of unused line and capped it, leaked the next day. Now they're telling me it's $500 to rebuild the entire manifold (which they build last year). Really hate to speak negative about them (nice guys) but don't tell me the work is guaranteed and then charge me to stop leaks.
