We experienced a tension spring failure on one of our garage doors. I called, they answered (a…read morereal person!) right away. I described what my issue was. Ami came out that afternoon for an inspection and provided a quote with multiple options. All were very reasonable. The next day he arrived when stated, safely and efficiently performed the repairs using the proper tools. He went above and beyond by replacing a bracket and securing some others that had worked loose over time. He then cleaned all of the cobwebs off, lubed, and adjusted the door open/close settings. He then showed me proper maintenance procedures to ensure a long life of use from my door. On the way out, he cleaned up the area better than he found it. Highly recommended.
