I called them again to rent the chairs for Christmas Eve dinner and they quoted me $3 a chair. I asked if they can give me the same price from a few weeks back from Thanksgiving and they said "Unfortunately we have different rates at this time." I sent photos, called the driver, and was told by both he and the owner that someone would come back to fix it -- no one ever showed. I literally had to hold the thing up myself just so the kids could use it for a minute before giving up altogether. The owner said he'd follow up the next day, but never did. We asked for a refund and got ignored. Really unprofessional, especially from a company we trusted in the past. Definitely won't be using them again unless they make this right.
