Don't follow proper or any safety precautions for rainy weather. Don't use water proof extension cords but also don't tell you not to use the bounce houses if it rains. Specifically asked them when they delivered if we should be aware of anything and they said no. It was raining that day so we continued to use the bounce house. The cord short circuited due to the rain bc it was not water proof and the cord was beyond hot. Couldn't touch it. It collapsed on the children while playing. It wasn't thunder or monsooning rain, it was light rain. Their response was lacking any sort of accountability and just blaming it on the rain. They need waterproof extension cords. I've been renting from Mom's Party Rental for years. This past weekend was our most recent rental of the rockstar bounce house and slide. The delivery was punctual, the delivery guys respectful. Everything was set up and as the party started half of the inflatable deflated. Being Sunday, we thought we'd be out of luck, but after 2 phone calls Odalis picked up and had her guys come back and repair the blower problem right away. I had my birthday scheduled for June 12th at a park. The driver didn't want to walk literally a 1 min walk to the entrance, made excuses, lied and said the park ranger told him he couldn't set up, etc,... it wasn't about the money. If he would have answered his phone and was professional he would have spoken to my mother to see exactly where she was. He already had his mind made up and gave a million excuses. My reservation was cancelled, with party guest already on the way. They don't care about ruining customers birthday. Not sure why there's so many negative reviews, I've used this company on several occasions for my daughters birthday parties and they have always delivered on time or earlier than expected. I have also recommended this company to friends and they haven't had an issue either. Happy with their service and I love the fact that I can place my order online and make a deposit, without having to talk to anyone or wait until my call gets returns like many other party rental services in Miami. If I could give negative stars for the customer service I would. I reserved a bounce house for my sons 7th birthday two months before the party. We used this vendor because they were on the parks approved vendor list and had decent reviews. When I first spoke to the owner, they were accommodating with the schedule and even offered a coupon for a discount. My son picked out the bounce house online so you can imagine the excitement to see it in person. I also texted the owner the Wednesday before the party to confirm, and she did. Today was my sons 7th birthday party and it was set to start at 1:00. On the contract they were supposed to be there at 12:00. I called them twice between 12:15-12:20 and No on answered so I texted them. They responded to the text with " Hi, the driver had an issue at another event and is running late". The appropriate thing would've been to answer my call and not text me. I called again and the person at the other end answered the phone like she didn't know who was calling her. I told her my name and wanted to know at what time the driver was arriving with the bounce house. She told me the driver wasn't answering and that they had an issue at a school event and it has set them back with all of their events for today. She then told me I wasn't the only person calling her and that there was nothing she could do. The party was set for 1-4. The driver arrives at 2:38, says he's sorry for the late arrival, he can give a minimal discount and where could he set up the "inflatable" . This was said with attitude and complete disregard to the customer. We told him it was 2:38, they were supposed to arrive at 12, and that a "minimal discount " wasn't the solution. His response was, " consider the inflatable canceled", got back into his truck and sped off in a park full of children everywhere. This could have been handled in a completely different manner, starting with a phone call to the customer to let them know, with time, what was happening. I've tried to get in contact with the owner and have yet to hear back from them. I'm in complete shock with how this whole situation was handled. This was a child's party. A child who was looking forward to his rocket bounce house to share with his family and friends. I'm incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service and surprised this vendor has any business at all. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Service is terrible. I found them on line and liked the products and price. Reserved a water slide and paid the deposit. No one contacted me to confirm the delivery or ask for instructions. The day before I called several times until I received an email late afternoon stating that they would deliver at 1:00pm. Party scheduled for 2pm. Guests started arriving and no chairs and no slide. I called several times and the phone was forwarded to a cell and all I could do was leave messages. I text and still not a beep. At that point we started calling other places to rent chairs from. An hour and a half later the driver shows up with chairs and equipment and took over a half hour to set up the slide. At this point the party had started over an hour ago. Their website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information, such as the dimensions needed to fit the slides, and it was easy to book my rentals online. I also received confirmation emails from them, which gave me peace of mind that they had my order. They were supposed to email or text me my delivery windows 24-48 hours before my party. I think they forgot to do it, so I called and texted them the day before my party. They responded to my text about an hour later and gave me my delivery window. I was recommended this company by a friend. MY ALL TIME FAVORITE thing about this company is they actually post their prices online. I can't stand going to all these bounce house companies websites and they force you to call them which wastes my time especially if i'm just fishing around looking at different options,I don't want to have to call you to get prices for 12 different bounce houses that I liked. That's probably why this company is called "Mom's Party Rental" because they know mom's want efficiency. LOL. Anyway...I've used them before and had a great experience with their water slide that we were able to use to slide directly into the pool which was a huge hit at the party. Anyway...they dropped off and picked up at the time it said. We were disappointed they picked up RIGHT on time because we wanted to use it after everyone left the party but they explained usually they can leave it and pick it up next day but they had a party the following day so they had to pick it up. I ordered the bounce house for 11, with 10am setup. I confirmed in the morning and Odalys told me they'd be there at 10:30 instead. At 11 I started to get worried, called and no one answered, voicemail full. 11:30, I start texting and have two people now calling her. She finally texts back "They're on the way." They showed up at 12:15, and when I asked why so late the driver yelled at me saying there's not that many kids there so who cares?! (They were all in the playground). Then I told him that the 5pm pickup HAD to be on time because they close the gates at 5, so be there instead at 4:30-4:45. They showed up at 5:35. Again with attitude. Texted back that I was really disappointed with the service...............still waiting for a response. Nice bounce house, but AWFUL service. NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

Horrible service! We rented tables, chairs and a bounce house for my nieces 1st birthday. They called us the day before if they can deliver at 10:30am instead of 1pm which was the time we had requested. Needless to say the party started a 2:30pm and they arrived at 2:00pm. We tried calling them several times and texting Odalis Garcia but she would not answer. We had to do a mad dash to get everything set up. The delivery man were rude and vulgar! They where suppose to pick up by 7pm the park closes at 7:30. As time passed we tried once again calling and they would not answer the phone. It was a pith dark park by now and the police came and asked us to leave we explained the situation and he said he would give us another 1/2 before we have to vacate. First review on Yelp, and unfortunately for this company, it's a bad one. We used these guys to order a bounce house for my nephew's bday party at a park in Kendall. They were supposed to arrive and set-up before 12, but they showed up 2 hrs late; they never called us to tell us they were running behind and when we repeatedly called them, no one answered. We felt that because the company arrived late we shouldn't have to pay the $140 balance, but give them half - $70. Not happening. When they finally arrived, we spoke to Odalis and she didn't budge - no $140, no bounce house. So, they left. Fun side note: we got a text message from her about 30 minutes before the truck showed up with some excuse about traffic and a car accident, but the guys who were going to set up the bounce house told us the truth - they were sent to the wrong park. Equipement and delivery people were excellent. I did not have a rude driver as others have experienced. I am very dissapointed with the customer service from the office. Before I rented I called several times and left messages with no return calls, I finally gave up and ordered online which is what I was trying to avoid. I asked for a delivery time several times with more messages again with no return calls. I did get an email telling me they did not have a time yet and would get back to me. The day of I called agian and sent an email to verify delivery time I received an email after the equipment had already been delivered to tell me they had some confusion about delivery times. All in all the slide was brad new and very clean the kids had a blast but this busness needs to learn to handle thier customer service calls or they may not have any customers to service soon. read more

They had written down the wrong day, she said she would call me back to see if it would be possible for someone to come, never called me back.
