We were looking for a different one but came across all about relaxing and from booking to arrival they were absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond, and we even had the cutest welcome sign with our whole family's names written on it including our fur babies. Was on a cross country road trip and needed a safe place to stop for the night. Initially hesitant to book because we wanted easy on/off highway location, but this was definitely the right choice! Approx 5 miles off the highway and the staff at this RV park were outstanding. They gave us the best route to come through town based on our trailer size, which gas station would be best, helped us figure out a DoorDash dinner option...all complete with a cute sign welcoming our family & dog. Definitely felt safe. They secure the park at night, but have someone on call in case you arrive late. Upon approach it started raining & they knew we were exhausted so they even called us to offer a pull through spot for easier arrival. Bathrooms and facilities were very clean! We stopped here overnight on our way back from Florida. They obviously put a lot of effort into having a nice campground. All the staff are very friendly. We were escorted to our site and the host offered to help us set up. The pool was sparking clean and cold (nice on a hot afternoon). They had outdoor chess and swing sets. They also have a large indoor area with pickle ball and other games. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Awesome spot to stay at. read more

Ok-this is the sweetest little park ever. I just HAD to come back and share our experience. The charm and kindness just blew us away. I couldn't get over how sweet and helpful they were over the phone. We arrived and Jarod called us each by name with a smile and guided us right to our spot in his golf cart. They even cut down a few of their own branches so they wouldn't bump into our slides. We have a 44ft 5th wheel We were greeted with the most heartfelt welcome! Warm welcoming smile and handed us a little gift of a Jar of Jam, hand written welcome sign at our site with all of our names (dog too). Just the kind of wonderful greeting we needed after all the crazy, exhausting, but amazing week and a half we had at Disney. Wonderful place to relax The whole camp has such a southern charm down to every flower, decor, and even an adorable little lounge (pool table too). Everything was very clean and beautifully maintained. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but again-just as charming as everything else. This is one of the friendliest RV parks we've visited! The owners are the best! The park is gated, it's clean and they have trash pick up at your site. You have to call once you exit the interstate so they can meet you at the gate and deliver you right to your sight. They even give you a lovely jar of jam! Wow! So cute and very friendly. Just what we were looking for. We wanted a nice place to stay on our way home to Texas from Florida. It's kind of like a KOA in the way that they escort you to your site and help you park. We payed for a pull thru site which had a gravel pad, a concrete picnic area on the side of our door, a cute flower bed with a welcome sign that they wrote our names on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The way we had to park our trailer was a little uneven, but it could easily be fixed with some leveling. The breaker did flip for a section of sites in our area, but one call to the office and it was fixed quickly. I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Florida. read more

We came on this Rv park quite by accident needing a one night stop but what a find . It's definitely a diamond in the rough of green grass meadows and country living . A small fruit stand dresses the corner of their Road and a bit further is a round about and Then the gates to their park We were not prepared for what we encountered . The sites are gravel each one had landscaping and a tree long sites and neat and clean . Beautiful landscaping frames the whole park . This is a woman's dream Rv park . It's pool is fenced and spotless and tropical and the bathrooms rival the Ritz . There is also a laundry . There is a BBQ pergola and one that cover picnic tables . The fence line is dressed with white porch swings and hammocks to just kick back or flop in and relax . There is a full size chess board and horseshoes and a dog park too . Every site has a chalkboard with the guests name on it and small decorator flags adorn each site next to the street lamp that lights up on each site each night . This is a page out of HGTV . Just. Oozes country charm and hospitality. This place just begs you to stay and return often for the feelings of relaxation and comfort , it's a small park no live in clients except for grounds keepers . There is a recreation building being erected now for winter activities Angela assured me that decorations are soon to b placed bringing a fall splendor to this dream place . This park is a 5 plus . But you decide , come visit you won't b disappointed . They are only an hour from Biloxi and surrounding areas have historical homes the beaches of the gulf and battleships for the men folk . Come. Angela and Jimmy welcomed us from phone to stay. This is one of the finest RV parks we have ever seen. It is beautifully decorated with flowers and Easter décor. A first was seeing our names and pet names on a sign at our site when we arrived. Wish we could have stayed longer. We received a gift of locally made Traffic Jam--another first. There is a dog park, which is a definite plus for us. And please stop in the office and see the décor there in addition to a first grandchild for the owners! Your never gonna find a RV park like this in California. Let's start with the owners. These people are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. So warm and welcoming and always willing to stop what there doing and talk to you and ask how your doing. The little details they add are what really sell this place. They will pick up your trash at 10 am and they even have little signs that tell you who's in each spot. I was expecting to be bored out of my mind at the park but oh... How wrong i was. Outdoor chess, volleyball net, horseshoes, cornhole (or bean bag toss for us on the west coast), and the most relaxing pool that you can soak your stress away. Of course, if your not an active person you can always lay back in the plethora of hammocks, pool chairs, or rocking chairs all over the site. The showers/laundry room is spot on. The decor that they chose in the shower truely lives up to the expectation of relaxation. The only complaint that I would have is how slick the floors are when you step out of the shower. Exit the shower with caution. The laundry room is fair priced and they even have a couple of DVDs and books to borrow while your here. Worried about your pets? No problem, the place has plenty of grass for your dogs to run around, a station for plastic bags to clean up after them so you don't have to bring waste in your own RV, and an outside bathtub to wash your dogs in. All in all I had an amazing time at this place and I can't wait to comeback here. While I agree with many of the other reviews that this is pristine and beautiful RV park I recommend going elsewhere if you value your freedom of choice. It was like stepping into the movie the Stepford Wives. The drive and spaces are well manicured but surprisingly tight to get around in. As a result of this the owner seems to have become convinced that no one knows how to drive their RV and will let you know that in no uncertain terms, while you are trying to pull in. Once we were in the space she continued to tell us to pull the trailer to the front of the space, so our awning would cover the patio. When we pointed out to her that if we did that not only would the sewer hose not reach but then we would have no where to park our truck she informed us that we didn't know what we were doing our sewer hose wasn't long enough (I think expecting a 20ft hose is a bit excessive) and that we had run over a small rose bush. We apologized and offered to replace the rose bush or anything necessary which was received with another speech about he we didn't listen to her and clearly didn't know what we were doing. We told the front desk about our trouble and they stared back at us with blank smiles and handed us a jar of jam. We stayed the night and left the very next day. I was very happy to be out of the Twilight Zone. read more

My husband and I are on a road trip from California to the Carolinas and it has been a pleasure staying at Angela/Jim's RV park. This is the best campground we have ever stayed in (over 15 years camping).Customer service is hands down the best we have ever experienced. It started when we made our reservation. Angela was very friendly and helpful. By the end of the call, we felt we had made a new friend. This customer service continues throughout your stay. This is the only campground we have been in that the staff greet you as you pull in and take you right to your site. They direct you into your site which you are greeted with a welcome sign with all family members' names (even the four legged family members). Once you are set up, you then go register. A welcoming way to start your stay. Throughout our staff, Jimmy, Angela and their staff did everything to make sure we had a wonderful three weeks. They care about the campers and the experience you have.
