We are really good about getting in every six months for cleanings, so we see them at least twice a year. I had an emergency procedure done at one point and most recently a couple of poorly seated crowns replaced. Dr. P and his staff are so polite, gentle and patient! During the procedure, I had an asthma attack that scared me a bit, but they were super fast to take care of me, grabbing my inhaler out of my purse and gave me some time to recouperate before getting after it again. They do their best to make an uncomfortable experience as pleasant as possible... Netflix, Hulu, Disney+... heated massage chairs... weighted blankets... it's pretty darn comfortable! Brenna has been my hygienist this year and I wouldn't trade her!! She's ridiculously sweet and so very gentle! Before you know it, you're done and ready to go! When we booked appointments for next summer, I reiterated to her that I wanted to be with her. I'm big on the relationships built with my healthcare providers. I know some don't care, my husband is good with anyone in the office and in reality, I'm okay with it too; but I really like having someone to look forward to seeing every six months!

Dr. Gardner and his denture guy attempted to make a set of dentures for my wife they didn't even…read morecome close to fitting her. He then proceeded to try to force them into her mouth and grind away at the denture and the molars on them with a Dremel tool trying to make them fit. They still didn't come close to fit, and because of the Dr. shoving them into her mouth she developed a growth that she had to get surgery to remove. He was then supposed to refund the entire amount of the dentures so she could go get them done somewhere else. It has been 3.5 years and he has not refunded the full cost. My wife has no dentures and now needs another surgery because of his negligence and wrongdoing. Do not go to him for anything. He will do you more harm than good. Because he never refunded the money, insurance will not help her get new ones. At the end of five years she is eligible for new ones and we are pretty sure he is trying to get away with this and keep the money.

Extremely rude, the one dentist, or I should say apprentice? that looked at my tooth asked to take a picture only to show it to some man that was literally a room away...he could have come and looked himself, mind you I watched the interaction between the both men and the other one was sitting in a room on a computer. They had the receptionist coming to me at the end trying to secure more dental work for the future and to pay ahead of time. If you have fear of dental work, this is not the place for you because I learned the hard way. They will quote high, try to charge ahead of time and continue calling until you are firm on the answer NO.
