I just got it back and it's keeping perfect time. About 10 years before this, I sent my Rolex to California Watch Repair (another so-called Rolex repair company) to do a service, and a month later my watch had visible water droplets on the inside crystal. I found The Watch Repair Center and after speaking with Errol I sent it to him. He cleaned out all the water damage, replaced everything that was irreparable and then did a full service. It then ticked as a Rolex should, and no water issues from then on. I can't speak highly enough about Errol and his wife Michelle. 20 Stars out of 10! Seriously!

The one star review -- there are always two sides to a story and the reviewer started the whole process by haggling and wanting to take advantage of a small shop. At least she was able to go somewhere else and pay less...how much because they took advantage of what had already been done. The guy unwisely did the work that was not authorized -- he should have seen it coming with the way it started. Good shops are hard to find. Good customers are getting hard to find. The one Star-- 5 of her 8 reviews are 1star Everyone wants quality work for free. Ask questions - be nice.
