Although Claudia's does not offer refunds (which is unfortunate but they made that very clear when we originally ordered) they did let us reallocate the funds to the rehearsal dinner and other items. They worked with us to make sure everything was perfect and arrived on time. Drop off and pick up was seamless. Only negative I would say is that the chairs were a little small and if you have a very large person, I am not sure it would hold their weight. The napkins were also a bit flimsy.
