The minute I walked in, one of the ladies looked at me and told me "we don't have time for you". I went and got my hair done with Beca. She was sweet and amazing but didn't take her time at all. The relaxer was burning my scalp and I told her and she told me I had to wait because it wasn't ready yet but again, MY SCALP IS ON FIRE. Finally when she went to wash my hair, she didn't realize that my burned my skin at the same time. Here's some pictures. If she had listened when I said my scalp was burning, it would have been a better experience but never again. Plus, it was busy for a Saturday but if you make an appointment, you shouldn't have double booked, since she's taking care of 2-4 people at the same time. Normally, I spent about 2 1/2 hours getting a relaxer but I spent over 4 1/2 hours for bad service.
