While we were there, an elderly couple came in--clearly regulars--and brought little souvenirs from a recent trip to give to each of the stylists. That being said, it was barely less expensive than going to another local salon. My results were horrendous. I asked for a full foil, which I have been getting for years and know how my hair is supposed to look. Well, I left orange. After 4 hours in the chair. The student who did my hair was very apologetic and nice. It really wasn't her fault. There was exactly zero oversight from the instructors. At all. I never saw one of them. At the end, when I was visibly upset over my hair, the instructor finally came over. All she said was "well, all you can do is book another appointment in 6 weeks. Nothing we can do now". As if I was supposed to walk around looking like a carrot for 6 weeks and then pay full price to likely get botched again. I ended up booking at another salon a few days later. For $30 more than this place charged, she fixed my hair in half the time. Don't go here. This is less of a hair school and more of "let's let students experiment on paying customers and pray they get it done okay". I have gone to hair schools dozens of times before and never had an experience like this.
