I seen Dr James at all access dental. He put implants in and they fell out due to he skipped a step he was suppose to do bone grafting so the implants stays in. He told me I had a lot of bone lose so I turn he didn't do bone graft and I paid 4,000. Dollars to them to have to go to another dentist to have new ones put in. They just try and push procedures on people that don't need the procedures. I ask for implants and they didn't do all the acquired required steps. If anyone has had implants done there and had a problem please post so it won't happen to anyone else. read more

First appointment with them today and everyone was so kind. I usually dislike going to the dentist, but all access really goes above and beyond to make sure that your concerns are met and that you are okay. The hygenist Carol is the sweetest kindest gentlest woman! The dentist Dr James is just as kind funny and nice and the entire staff is caring and considerate. Thank you so much! read more

After cracking my tooth in half, I was in desperate need of a root canal and crown. Instead I was treated to drilling and a tooth full of clay. My insurance was charged for a cleaning that I never got done and I got an infection that landed me in the ER. I was told that my insurance would take up to two weeks to approve my root canal surgery and it was approved 2 days later. After speaking with multiple people, I learned that they also got infections after going here. read more

I like my dentist, so no complaints there, but they've cancelled my appointments the day before or the day of THREE times!! Note, I've only made four appointments. Takes a lot of rescheduling to finally get in there. -__- Come on, guys. read more

Everyone was very friendly, professional and nice. My daughter and I both had very good experiences. For a first visit, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We were taken on time and treated well by all the staff. They were very good at communicating when there needed to be a change in the appointment and notified me in a timely way. The most miserable group of staff workers Minus the receptionist who was really sweet! Getting your teeth done is a lot of money and to be treated with such attitude and carelessness was insane to me. If this is the only place my insurance covers I'd rather pay out of pocket to not ever have to deal with this place again. read more

Going to this dentist has been the worse experience I have ever had. My first visit (a few years ago) I needed a few fillings, as I had not been to the dentist in many years. I also needed a pretty large filling due to a very old filling falling out. They replaced my fillings, but they never felt quite right, and one filling always felt like it had a gap. A few months later, I went back because I woke up with severe pain in my tooth/jaw that radiated up to my ear. I saw Dr. JJ, and after looking in my mouth for 15 seconds, he told me that my SEVERE pain was caused by gingivitis on my wisdom teeth. I told him "I don't think so... Its kind of localized to this tooth" and he took another look, tapped it a few times, and my filling broke off. He put in a temporary filling and told me that I needed a root canal, so I scheduled it in the office that same day. The day of my root canal comes, and it turns out THEY NEVER ACTUALLY MADE MY APPOINTMENT. I am also very anxious and afraid of the dentist (I also have no insurance), so I was putting off scheduling this root canal until I had insurance and could go to a legitimate dentist. However, on Saturday I developed severe tooth pain, and bit the bullet to see a better rated dentist in the Village of Rhinebeck (Dr. Gover, FANTASTIC). Unfortunately, since I had left the temporary filling in for so long, I REALLY needed this root canal. I was quoted a price from a colleague of Dr.Gover ($1250...ouch) and since I still don't have insurance, I figured "to hell with it. I'll try All Access again." Well, I called on Tuesday, and scheduled my appointment for Thursday (today). Yesterday, I got a call confirming my appointment for my root canal. I spent all morning VERY anxious about the procedure, unable to get any work done, only thinking about my impending root canal scheduled for 2:00pm. I pull into the dental office at 1:30. I figured "Hey, if I am extra early, maybe I won't have to wait quite as long after my scheduled time to be seen" but LITERALLY AS I PULL INTO THE PARKING LOT, THEY CALL ME AND TELL ME THEY HAVE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT. tldnr; STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. THE SLIDING SCALE PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE BAD DENTAL WORK AND STRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS AWFUL PLACE. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I made an appointment here to have two teeth extracted. When I was seen they told me I had to go somewhere until the other place said they were booked till October. So they agreed to extract one tooth that was really bad. The dentist drilled and broke my tooth numerous times and ripped my gum. After it was all done I was still in pain from the extraction and the other tooth that needed extractions and the pain medication they prescribed me was moltrin. It was a horrible experience and no comfort afterwards. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

I had the first appointment of the day and of course it starts out bad the dental assistant is running late so my appointment is going to be late ok; things happen ok I understand but it just goes down gill from here I get called into the back I sit down expecting for her and the dentist to start on my root canal well they one tool they need isn't even in the office! So now I have to wait even longer for that to get in why didn't they say that from the start? Why even call me in the back?! So anther half hour goes by then they start the dentist is rude! He definitely dosnt know how to talk to the patients at all! I'm seriously considering calling my insurance company to find out if there is anther dentist takes my insurance. Also while I was waiting they left the computer on in the room full view where I could see it with list of the patients who coming in that day now isn't that a hippa violation? read more

Dr. Junho Jung aka Dr. J.J from the Hyde Park office has an incredibly bad bedside manner. He is unprofessional, sarcastic and condescending. The treatment that I received was left incomplete because he wanted to leave early (his own words) and I left feeling worse then what I originally went in. He criticized the possibility that I may have needed more lidocaine during the partial drilling attempt for the root canal he started because I was evidently still anxious and uncomfortable and tried to refer me out to a "specialist" for this supposed reason. However, what he really was doing was trying to rush me out of there as he grew impatient of compassion and sensitivity to a patient who needed it. Healthcare is an industry of helping people. This may not be his calling. read more

this dental office is one of a kind. the front desk girls were so nice and made me feel like family after being so nervous to go. than as i was called in the room all the assistants and drs were welcoming and smiling. i explained that i was very nervous and the front girls assured me that everything would be fine. the doctor explained to me all the steps and procedure for the day and came to check on me multiple times. the assistant kept making sure i was comfortable with everything. i used to be so scared of dental work now i just cant wait to go back! all access in hyde park is one of the best dental offices iv ever experienced.. thanks guys you really have a friendly family demeanor i just cant stay away from !!! read more

Their doctor dentist saved my life I will always be thankful grateful for that but the entire experience was absolutely wonderful Family Practice Center truly treats you like family from the very beginning when you talk to the receptionist you talk to a human being an actual human who treats you like family the dentist I had really did save my life on an emergency appointment after my primary put me on hold and force me to listen to music for a half hour and told me to give them my telephone number that they would call me back I was able to schedule appointment the next day with family practice two hours before my primary called me back their receptionist was very helpful she honestly answered the phone in with the first two rings and helped introduce me to the best dentist I've ever had on top of their dedicated assistant who is also one of the most wonderful people in the world and any question or help I needed but and got the best dentist that I've ever had and work to reassure me that I would be taken care of when I was given immediate attention I recommend this practice to anyone who needs work from people that actually truly do care I would give from the experience of everyone met their more stars because they truly deserve more stars than I can count this is truly caring friendly family environment and I truly recommend them to anyone and everyone that could be helped by them they were absolutely wonderful and I truly recommend them to all. read more

These people are butchers. The first time I went in for the cleaning it wasn't that great. They did a skimpy job. Had to make an appt to come back cuz I had a cavity. Went back got in the chair thinking I only had one, they tell me I have 5. They never told me this last time I was there. So they gave me some novacain to fix 2 of my cavities, I was left in the chair for an hour to let it set up. Usually it should only take 15 min. Came back they had to give me more novacain cuz they started drilling and it hurt like hell. It's been 7 hours sense I left the dentist and my face is still really num. My jaw and mouth also hurt like hell. There is no way in hell I'll be going back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. read more

I've been a patient of all access dental sense 2009! I've always seen by Dr JJ. He has absolutely no bed side manner! I was his last appointment of the night, he rushed my visit, extracted 4 bottom front teeth... before he extracted he put a quick swab of cream on my gums, then gave me 3 shots of Novocaine. Let me sit for 5-10 mins, popped his head back into my room and asked " you're not pregnant are you?! He plucked my 4 teeth out as if it was a splinter. He was rude to the assistant, yelled at her to retrieve a cup for him. Once he sat me up he wadded up some gauze and told me drive home quick (I drove myself to my appointment) once I got to the receptionist that's when the dr came out laughing saying the office messed up and sent a request to insurance for top partials not the BOTTOMS that I just had 4 FRONT BOTTOM removed. He told me it could take up to 3 months to now get a partial. Never ever going back!!! read more

Absolute worst dentist office I have ever been to. Had tooth pain and waited over 2 hours to be seen with a scheduled appointment. They took 1 xray of one part of my mouth, doctor came in and said nothing is wrong and left the room. I am fuming right now! They should be put out of business. I would give them no stars. I saw Dr. JJ mentioned in another post. This is what he did to me. I was in agony to have a procedure finished which I had paid for partially already. He refused to finish it despite me being in great pain unless it was paid in full. I asked one of the more sympathetic staff to please accept a partial payment as I was on a fixed income. I heard them talking to him in the hallway where he refused the staff member, then with great anger he agreed reluctantly and came into the room. I needed novacaine badly and in front of the dental assistant, my husband and one other person, he took the injection and literally hit me with it in anger in my mouth, he deliberately injected me with such force in anger my legs were trembling and shaking in agony. He said, "Hey don't hurt my chair." My husband was going to have him arrested by the State Police. When this "Dentist" walked out of the room to wait until I got numb, we asked the other nurse if she saw what he did, she said, "It was horrible." My husband asked if she would give a statement to the State Police, and she said she was afraid to lose her job. We reported him to the police anyway and to Albany. His educational and experience as to background is there, but a vindictive and dangerous emotional person who has serious issues with his dental care if he is upset. Dangerous person. read more

Well I went there today for the first time. And here is my story I called them yesterday and told them that I have a cavity that I need filled I had a different dental group but just changed my dental insurance. My other dentist told me that I had the cavity so I know that is what I needed done I explained it to the girl on the phone yesterday and she said we can see you tomorrow at 3 so I got there 15 minutes early and I was sitting in the chair for 45 minutes the girl came in and took one x-ray and then about 10 minutes later the doctor came in and said you have a cavity I said I know that is why I am here I want it filled before it gets bigger, and they were telling me they will see if they can fill it or not. And they wanted to check to see if I had to pay another copay which I already gave them 48 dollars for my copay. They come back and tell me that I do not have to pay another copay so then I am in there another 10 minutes and I get up and yo to the front desk to ask how long I have to wait and they told me he is in with another patient so I walked out. Mind you 10 minutes before this happened they were telling a patient that they would not see him because he was a little over 10 minutes late and all access dental has a policy that they will not see anyone who is over 10 minutes late. These people have some fuc**** nerve I will not go back to them ever. read more
