He told me I had a lot of bone lose so I turn he didn't do bone graft and I paid 4,000. Dollars to them to have to go to another dentist to have new ones put in. They just try and push procedures on people that don't need the procedures. I ask for implants and they didn't do all the acquired required steps. If anyone has had implants done there and had a problem please post so it won't happen to anyone else.

He never suggests an expensive treatment if there was a less expensive alternative. He repaired a filling that another dentist said a crown was necessary saving me a considerable sum. I've had no trouble with that tooth for years now. I trust his recommendations and his judgment. He has great dental hygienists, especially Mary, and a great staff.

The ladies are Mary and Pat .Then the hygienist Mary. Was so comforting and efficient explaining every procedure you had to follow. You felt so relaxed and cared for. I must say dr Maran called me the night before to see if I had any concerns. How caring is that. He came into to introduce himself during my cleaning with Mary. She welcomed me as if we were old friends and let me know that I would be seeing Loretta first. Loretta is easily one of the nicest people that I have met in a long time. She explained everything that she would be doing, form x-rays to cleaning, and performed all of this PAIN-FREE! I then saw Dr. Lina - another wonderful lady. She explained how she would address the issues that I had with a couple of my teeth, and just like that, I was finished, and Nikki was scheduling my next appointment. They have two locations: one in Highland NY and one in Poughkeepsie, NY. Both offices have similar hours, they are closed on Wednesdays and close around 2 PM on Fridays. Thursday is the day that they stay open late, until 7 PM. The staff is very friendly and personable. The dentists are very accommodating. For example, in order to get numb, I need a higher dosage than most people. At first Dr. Lina did not believe me, but she quickly understood and gave me an appropriate dosage. They also will tell you ahead of time if what you require is outside their scope, and they can give you referrals when possible. They listen to your concerns and double check everything to make sure your teeth and gum are healthy. They also send reminders for cleanings and check-ups in the mail and via text. Overall, I am very impressed with this office and would recommend them.

But I needed treatment and Stephanie got me an appointment with Dr Chuan the morning after I called. The entire staff was super warm, and welcoming and personable. Dr Chuan and her staff took care of my sad broken tooth, and spent a lot of time educating me on dental care. The way I was treated was as though this was boutique dentistry and I was paying tens of thousands of dollars yearly to have them at my beck and call. Dr. Sung should lose her license as a Dentist. She is rude and unprofessional and rushed us out…read morewhen we came in. My 7 year old had her first visit with Dr. Sung a few months ago. She had a bad tooth, cheek swelled up one morning, we figured it was an infection and made a same day appointment with Tru Dental. Dr. Sung for our first time meeting, came in to see my daughter. She took 1 quick look at the tooth and swelling and told my mom and I she wouldn't send in for oral antibiotics that my daughter was in need of antibiotics through an IV. She was aggressive and shouted at both my mother and I. My husband takes my daughter to the ER that day. The ER told my husband that Dr. Sung pretty much pushed the problem elsewhere and that my daughter was nowhere close to needing an IV. The ER prescribed my daughter oral antibiotics. My daughter had her tooth pulled today by another pediatric dentist who was amazing in Hopewell Junction but Dr. Sung wrote the wrong tooth down in her referral letter. I will never send any of my kids there again and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. On the bright side, being that my experience was as disturbing as it was with Tru Dental, we found a place for our 3 kids that was warm and gentle.
