Due to personal reasons (I found out during that time that my daughter was austistic), I missed two appointments in a row. The receptionist called back to let me know that any future appointments that were made would be cancelled which I understood. Now, three years later, after being treated for TMD, I needed major reconstruction done on my teeth and so I called Dr Kurek's office again. His wife Rose answered and after checking the computer system, told me that I was 'I had failed twice' (to show up for two appointments) and that she and her husband couldn't service me. I tried telling her about my situation at that time when I missed the two appointments and since it was three years ago, asked if maybe they could make an exception. She refused to hear me out and was being very unprofessional which I told her that she was being. She was very defensive and told me that I was the one being unprofessional and also told me that I was being unethical as well( I don't know where that came from since I am not a professional and have not done anything ethically wrong). She practically hung up the phone on me. I was pretty shocked at the treatment I received and was also very disappointed to know that someone like Dr. Kurek who took the Hippocratic oath to help patients, could turn away someone who was in great need just because she missed two appointments three years ago during a difficult point in her life.

To the contrary, no visible swelling day after extractions. Office clean, Staff conscience, professional and kind. Really can't say enough about the excellent care I received. Never fun to need any type oral surgery but if it's got to be done, Dr. Prisco and Staff will take great care of you.

Extremely rude and treated hygienist even worse. Should have went with my gut and left when I could. Dr. Sung should lose her license as a Dentist. She is rude and unprofessional and rushed us out…read morewhen we came in. My 7 year old had her first visit with Dr. Sung a few months ago. She had a bad tooth, cheek swelled up one morning, we figured it was an infection and made a same day appointment with Tru Dental. Dr. Sung for our first time meeting, came in to see my daughter. She took 1 quick look at the tooth and swelling and told my mom and I she wouldn't send in for oral antibiotics that my daughter was in need of antibiotics through an IV. She was aggressive and shouted at both my mother and I. My husband takes my daughter to the ER that day. The ER told my husband that Dr. Sung pretty much pushed the problem elsewhere and that my daughter was nowhere close to needing an IV. The ER prescribed my daughter oral antibiotics. My daughter had her tooth pulled today by another pediatric dentist who was amazing in Hopewell Junction but Dr. Sung wrote the wrong tooth down in her referral letter. I will never send any of my kids there again and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. On the bright side, being that my experience was as disturbing as it was with Tru Dental, we found a place for our 3 kids that was warm and gentle.

I would say that they have cured me, but I continue to see them on a regular basis to make sure I stay cured. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and they do everything possible to make me as comfortable as possible. I've never dreaded appointments here. I think over the years that I have seen four different hygienists here. All great! Wonderful office staff too! (I was referred by my dentist and maybe you have to be. I am not sure.)
