Initially, I was just 'pleased' with the service that his team provided. The guys were all very courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. Well, I'm no longer just pleased, I'm ECSTATIC with the service that this company provides! A year after I had the minisplits installed, I tried to use the heating function that was in the seldom used unit. The unit was only blowing cool air, and I was worried about getting hassled by the company for not bringing the issue up sooner. Larry completely understood (or didn't care since he was going to make it right anyway) that I just never ended up using the unit that winter, so I couldn't have known about the issue. Larry sent the techs out, they found that it was out of refrigerant, fixed the issue and everything was up and running again. Until... Someone in the house must've bumped into the unit and caused another leak of refrigerant. We didn't find out until almost two months later. No worries, Larry sends his guys out, they isolate the problem, and got me back up and running. I was just happy with the communication and that my problem was fixed, but then found out that Larry wasn't even charging me for ANY of these additional visits a year after install! Couldn't recommend this company more.

Yes every company has its bad things and it's bad reviews and everything else but above all and everything they do an awesome job of taking care of their customers. I've been in the industry for over a decade now worked for countless companies where I would have to go in and do warranty work for months on calls that nobody could figure out that people sold knowing that nobody at the company probably could figure this out. So you can only imagine how infuriated these customers must have been. So actually for once in a decade quite literally it was nice to actually go into a company and not be bombarded with warranty work that nobody can figure out for months on months with customers that are very fed up and have just paid thousands of dollars for basically nothing.

Wortman agreement said they covered me for ten years but now I am sweating my butt off and having to pay another vendor to fix it. If I could have found them when they shut me out--I would have sued them for breach of contract. Instead I have to find another vendor to service Wortman's equipment. Very personable and helpful on the phone. Heater went out over night and called at 8 am when…read moreopened. They had someone out by 11 same day at no extra charge. The technician (Golden) was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. He wore a mask whole time. Heat was working when he left but he said he really didn't find anything that was conclusively making it not work so he tightened connections. He discovered another issue that needed attention and got me scheduled for them to come back early next week. The next week comes and the day they are to come the heater goes out again during the night. I phone that morning again and the person is again pleasant and easy to deal with. He says they will have that added to ticket. He calls back and says he can actually get someone out sooner if I would like. New tech (Mark) was wonderful. He wore a mask while here. Very personable and knowledgeable. He apologized that wouldn't be able to get all the work done today as one of the machines had broke and the company was waiting on replacement. He answered questions that husband had that I couldn't answer from first visit. He said he found problem but was lucky it acted up while here. He serviced machine under CSA and said the other work would be rescheduled when the machine they were waiting on arrived. This company goes all out to ensure you are happy and satisfied.
