My neighbor was getting his driveway replaced by NOCE this morning & I had a conversation with them regarding mine. They quoted me a price which was more than fair, but that is not why I am writing this review. Yes the money is important and i received everything that I paid for and more. More importantly is the quality of their work and the people actually doing the work. I spent my day working with them on various aspects and I am here to tell you that they are exceptional. I am a contractor by trade of high end cabinetry & timber frames. I almost never hire anyone unless its a pure equipment issue that simply do not have or cannot rent. I also have very high expectations which is another reason why i rarely hire anyone simply because they never meet my expectations. Well today, I must say that this crew exceeded my expectations. I had some very specific criteria that had to be met regarding pitch for water removal. They did not hesitate to ensure everything was absolutely as promised. When everything was completed, they ran water to show how it would flow from my downspouts and sump pump discharge. Its was absolutely perfect. I don't mean it was close or good enough, it was PERFECT ! All day in the heat, they were all very respectful and were careful about my property and everything around it. When Justin from Noces Paving and Sealcoating showed up unannounced at our home to ask if we would like for his company to redo our driveway, we were somewhat skeptical at first, not being in the habit of having such work done unsolicited. However, we had a good feeling about Justin, and after agreeing on a price, we agreed to let him redo our driveway, which is sizeable. His crew arrived before 4PM and got right to work. I was immediately impressed with their organization, courtesy, speed, neatness, and attention to our concerns: truly professional on every level. Every man knew his job and the result was amazing. Their equipment is state of the art. The entire driveway was finished in about 3 hours, and their equipment pulled away about a half hour before a huge rainstorm hit the area. They were thorough, neat, and fast: a well-oiled machine. We were considering having our driveway resealed this summer, Again! On my way to work I noticed paving equipment and a crew of men just around the corner from our home. I noticed a couple of driveways that had already been completed and was thinking how nice they looked. I called home to report what I had discovered. My husband took a ride over to check it out. By the time I got home from work, that same equipment and crew of men where at our house. Within a couple of hours they were gone and the only thing they left behind was a beautiful, thick, black master piece. They were very neat and left no mess or damage, very fast, efficient and the price was too good to be true. Infact, one of the company owners stopped by the house this week to see how everything was going. That is the kind of service and follow up that you just don't get these days! Justin gave me his business card when I was visiting a friend, who lives in the same town as I do. He was friendly and said if I called him I could get an estimate on my driveway since they would be in the area the next day. I left a message and his business partner John called back, who was also friendly & helpful. John came to my house the next morning and gave me an estimate with a great price. They were going to work on our driveway later that same day, but when they got to my house there was a thunderstorm. So they came back the next day and completed the work. They were so efficient and thorough with sealing our driveway and taking care of the cracks. We are very happy with Noce's work. Our driveway looks fantastic! 8 :00 am Friday morning my doorbell rang. It was the person in charge at Noces. He'd had a cancellation on the road above mine, had his equipment already there & wanted to know if I/we wanted our driveway blacktopped. We have a rather large circular driveway that goes downhill from the road, a big job . After negotiating an extremely fair price, they got to work. It was a well orchestrated group of men who knew exactly what they were doing & what needed to be done & did it very well. The finished job was amazing ! They even took great care with the details. My wife and I were very happy with the job that Noces did for us a year ago. So were two of my neighbors, who saw the job being done and asked Noces to complete driveway paving for them as well. I felt like the ambassador for Noces, and I was proud to do it. My only issue is that a few feet from the garage, a puddle forms whenever it rains, so the crowning in that area does not allow for sufficient draining. But, the crew did an excellent job, were very personable, and were a pleasure to deal with. I can say that after a year, all is well. I waited to write the review until I had a chance to evaluate it for awhile. After that length of time, I can heartily recommend Noces, and I'm sure that my neighbors do, too! read more

I recently moved to a new house that has a very long driveway that was in terrible condition. It slopes down to my garage and when it rained hard the water and debris would wash down to my garage door. When I contacted Noces I expressed my concerns and ideas on how to correct the slope so this wouldn't happen. Justin was very knowledgeable in how to correct this issue and we settled on a fair price. Justin and his crew spent a day and a half getting the new driveway put down. They were very professional and listened when I asked for a few changes from the original plan. OUTSTANDING! Justin and his crew were very friendly and professional. My wife and I got several quotes from other local companies, but the cost was way out of our budget. The other companies quickly measured, quoted a price and left. No details at all, very strange. Justin explained the process, with lots of details. In about 15 or 20 minutes I knew exactly what was going to happen, since I learned nothing from the other companies. Noces just completed my 20-some year old driveway, it was in bad shape. Now, it looks better than any other sealing job. Hasn't looked this good in 15 years. Five guy team cleaned, edged, filled more cracks than anyone ever has. Jon patiently discussed all the options, I went with simpler patch but higher cost brush coating. Great choices as seal coating is best ever, color is incredibly even, and patches as perfect as a patch can be with far less bump than the previous depressions. Zero mess. I've always done my own driveway sealing but as time goes by its become more work than I need. Justin came and we talked about my needs and what he would do - and what a great job was done! John, Rege, and Jim first edged the driveway and blew off any loose grass and sealed the major cracks with hot tar. They patched a hole and sealed the entire driveway in a very professional manner. Absolutely beautiful job! Our driveway looks better now than it ever has. I can't say enough about how well this company takes pride in their work. They are clean, and meticulous. Prior to sealing our driveway, they made sure to edge our grass and blow out any leaves/debris. Noces Paving did a phenomenal job filling cracks and sealing our driveway. It hasn't looked this good in 15 years. The driveway apron was in disrepair having been chopped away by snow plows. Noces replaced about 5 ft of the apron and it looks great. Justin was easy to work with and everything promised was completed quickly. I have to say that my driveway had so many cracks in it that i thought it couldn't be repaired. Justin presented a solution and went above and beyond. He sealed all the cracks as promised, He repaired the hole near the street and filled in the huge space between my driveway and the garage. Best driveway pavers in the region hands down. I worked for 13 years for a large paving company so i am very particular in quality of paving work. These guys are the best. I had seen their work at various locations and was impressed with the workmanship. I didn't even bother to get other prices from anyone else. Reasonably priced and they show up on time. Old driveway had pitch/water issues. Jon and his great crew removed the old and replaced with a new one at a competetive price. We are one month in and at this point we are very pleased. It finally rained heavily this week and we can see the pitch and water issues appear to be 100% resolved.
