I had OBA out to correct my chimney on my house. The first team did not fix the problem last year…read more However, they have a lifetime warranty. It took a few schedule misses before a team could come out to try again. The team that came out today was exceptional. Paul P was the crew leader with Steven M, Robert S, and Laywandre J. Paul agreed to try and lift the chimney this time to correct the problem. He was able to lift the chimney by three inches. I think that this team did a much better job than the one from a year ago. They also cleaned up the yard where they dug so you can't even tell they were here. Great job this time!

I got up the morning after and was water in my basement again. Spent 13000.00 they finished and I have water in my basement again . I called complain. Get a call 3 hours after they open and say we will come out and fix it. I said you should have done your job when you were here. You don't have a check list ? I said I fixed your screw up already wasn't waiting for more water in my basement. They added drain pipes into the crocks and reinstalled my sump pumps without checking to see it everything worked. The drain pipes they added held my floats down and not letting the pumps to turn on . Was not happy .
