The overhead door mechanism made several clicking sounds and ran rough when the rollers traveled through the track. Service tech Uriel made several adjustments, lubed the mechanism in several places, tuned and checked the motor. He also removed a piece of wood trim that compromised smooth operation of the door. Uriel reported that if left operating without this service, the door would have eventually become dislodged from the track and fallen on our cars. Uriel was very professional and knowledgeable, and he texted before he arrived. This minor and inexpensive repair saved us a future major headache and large repair bill. I have used this company before because they did good work and was reasonable. This time I did not get the same experience. I called stating my garage door would go down and then come right back up. I checked the sensors below and they were aligned. The owner sent his worker out. I explained the situation and he checked the garage door and it did go down and come up once. He suggested I have my rollers replaced because it would make my garage door go up easier and quietly. I agreed to have new rollers installed thinking this would resolve my issue. It did not, I called the owner Mike back and stated I still have the problem. We made a schedule for his worker to come back the following week. I waited for the allotted 2 hour window and he had arrived so I left my home. Minutes later he calls stating he was 20 minutes away I told him I was not home and would call and reschedule. In the meantime I went to YOUTUBE and found out how to resolve my problem. It worked I called Mike and told him it appears I paid for a service I did not need. I told him that the sensors on the side of motor I turned it and it works. He stated that he still wanted to send his worker to make sure there is nothing wrong with the garage door. His worker came out 08/08/22. He checked the garage door, pulleys, rollers and could not find a problem. He said I guess you really did fix the problem. I called Mike the owner and explained the visit with his worker that he did not find a problem. I asked could I get some kind of refund because his worker did not detect the problem nor fix it. Both of the guys (Mike and Ryan) I talked to were extremely helpful on the phone. They asked about the problem, gave advice on fixing myself and were very patient with me. Mike and Ryan were both very helpful, and Ryan took time to explain to me each part of what he was doing, and how I could troubleshoot things in the future.
