On a Friday, I called and followed up with pictures to show springs needed replacing. It was holiday weekend so I followed up on Tuesday and asked to get on the schedule for repair. It's Wednesday afternoon and I still haven't heard back. I contacted another garage door company yesterday and the garage door was fixed within six hours. read more

The company came out the same day to replace our broken garage door spring, and the initial service was great. However, right after the repair my husband noticed the garage door was bowing in the middle when closed, which was not happening before. This is now a safety concern, and we contacted the company right away. Despite multiple calls and texts, we have received no response. It's disappointing to have a repair done and then be unable to get follow-up support. We just want the door inspected and adjusted properly. I reached out to a few repair places through Yelp and they all responded quickly. I decided to go with Texas Best because he straight away gave me a quote and texted that he could be on his way. Another place asked be multiple questions (How did you hear about us, name, address, etc.) before they would say if they were available today or not. Then he had to say that somebody else will call me back soon to say if they're available! I'm glad I went with this outfit. He worked hard to get my door back in alignment. He worked methodically and it was back on its tracks after about an hour. The price was about $70 more than the quote, but I fear it could of been more seeing as he was doing the job solo and it took a little over an hour. read more

I had a garage spring that needed to be replaced, I reached out in the morning and by the afternoon had someone out and working to replace it. My garage door had wood paneling added after it was installed and the spring was old and undersized for the weight of the door. The technician that came out analyzed the situation and replaced the spring with a better suited one and even fixed an issue with the wood paneling catching along the side of the door.
