Then when my husband and I went to talk to the owner, an Indian lady, 2 separate times, we were told the both same lie - all he needed was his impact certificate and his driving our log and he would be able to do his driving test that following weekend. My husband goes up there to give the same Indian lady the impact test, cause I already sent her the record because I took a photo of it and when he gets up, there's told oh it's $100 fee for the driving test which we never were told anything of. Not even when we initially signed him up for the class!!! so just know, they will lose your records and they will not give you the full discretion of what the fees are nor tell you that you have to drove with your child for 30 hours AFTER all the classes are complete! You are only paying for the written part which you are better off doing the self assessed one which is wayyyyyyy cheaper! Avoid this place by any means!

They didn't provide the necessary information in the envelope, and we waited for over a month just to find out from the DPS about the missing information. Now, for the next appointment, we have to wait for another 2 months. The lady at the front desk at Desi Driving School kept blaming us, saying that we should have known about the missing information. They'll put whatever document you provided in the envelope and seal it. DO NOT expect them to guide you on what is missing and what else will be needed by the DPS.

I needed a local business that was open on Sunday's, and preferably one with competitive pricing ~ or better than! I found Ideal Driving School's parent and student reviews to be very positive and comforting. I gave them and call about 4 o'clock one day, they answered unlike another local school I called where I had to leave a message and then a call center contacted me back, and I had my son signed up for his road test on the date and time I needed) in less than 10 minutes! This was approx. one month before his sixteenth birthday. We were able to stop by the driving school the same day I booked the test to take a photo of the actual mapped out road test he would be taking ~ no problem! Very handy for driving practice. Today he took his road test! We arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with the friendly staff. We were able to pay using Zelle so that we didn't have to pay for additional fees for using a credit card. Next we met with the driving instructor before the road test, and were given an easy to read document to review that advised of exactly what would cause someone to lose points on the test or cause an immediate fail. Love the transparency! Practice makes perfect! The instructor was very friendly and my son shared that the road test experience was painless! Thank you Ideal Driving School!
