I have been coming here for about 7-8 years. I used to come here when they had a Hispanic girl working the front who never made eye contact and should have left then. The front door has a sign that says same-day service but if you actually bring it in same day, he makes you feel very guilty about bringing it in and will constantly make smart remarks. He doesn't remember my name and I go in there twice a week minimum he always gets the name wrong every single time And he told me that he how is he supposed to remember everybody he has thousands of customers and he only remembers a couple special ones lol And he's always in a bad mood. never happy always miserable. One time he got in a car accident for his car and that was really terrible for him and then a couple months later he was closed due to a funeral which these are all life circumstances, and deserve an abundance of grace however, I am beyond beyond beyond grace. First and last time customer!, I'm visiting for a few months and needed a few blouses cleaned. I walk in and the guy at the register said number, to which I replied oh I'm not in your system, I'm a new customer, he snaps back well I still need your information. I give him my name and number and he asks me when I want to pick them up? I asked if Saturday was okay, since I'm not familiar with their protocol. He responds oh you're an Outsider?! I didn't even understand what that meant, I said is that a yes or a no? He said yes, just be here by 1:00pm since we close @ 2pm! Obviously, this is my fault for not asking prices in advance, but $6.00 per blouse is outrageous! Definitely, will not be back! I used to live in Redlands a few years back and would use this cleaners, they even did some alterations for me. I live in Yucaipa work in the area, frequent this center, pass this center DAILY. I walked in today, was asked my name, checks his "customer accounts" looks at me with a puzzled look"your not a customer, not in my system" and was told "I only service Redlands & Mountain community residents" huh??? I have NEVER heard of ANY business EVER turning away someone because you don't live in the community. Happy to take my business elsewhere. They not only happily removed the pet hairs from a blanket for me but were eager and respectful. The previous establishment I've used for years in Yucaipa tried to shame me. This place is way over priced and my fabrics have come back stinky. I was a faithful customer until the stinky job. I had 6 drapes cleaned for $144 each equalling $864, which I thought was pretty pricy, but figured it was as fair market value. Because of the smelly job I went to another cleaners for the next cleaning and they charged me $40 per drape. I will never use this place again and had to share my experience:( read more

I have been going to All American Dry Cleaners for quite a few years now. While they have always done a superb job when it comes to laundering and dry-cleaning clothes, the thing that has always impressed me about this place is the skill of the seamstress, and the knowledge of the owner to ensure that your clothes are pinned off exactly where they need to be to get the right fit. I swear half the time I go in here not exactly sure what needs to be done to my clothes, and the owner will take over and pin them exactly where they need to be to be the ideal fit. My clothes always look incredible when they come back. This place gives me the confidence that if I buy clothes that aren't perfectly fitting, I can always take them here and get that fixed up for a very reasonable price. On top of this, their service is quick and they can always work with you to get your clothes ready whenever you need them to be. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better locally owned dry-cleaner business. Thank you for what you do! P.S. Aside from the owner being one of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I've worked with, all of the other employees that I have met here have been very nice and respectful as well. Worst dry cleaning experience ever. Took a pair of jeans to get tappered and the seam lines doesn't even match. The threading is already ripping off. The heaming on the bottom of the denims isn't even in a straight line. I ignored other issues i had with this dry cleaners but this is the last time I'm taking anything here seems to be a continues problems. I recommend just going to another place. Efficient. Cheap. Trustworthy. Those are the 3 words I would use to describe this dry cleaners. My wife and I went here after our honeymoon for help with the laundry that had accumulated: quite a bit since we had been too busy before leaving to do any, and we had gotten dirty and worn a lot of clothes while away. They got all our laundry, which would have been a week worth of work to us, dine in 3 days and returned it to us packaged pleasantly and clean as if new. Best cleaners ever! read more

I took my uniform in last minute I was in a bind and needed it next day I went to 3 different ones until All American Dry Cleaners said they can have it ready. The owner (who I am assuming helped me the first time) was very polite and responsive. When I went to go pick it up the next day and got home I noticed that there was still a mark on my uniform pants . I was upset that they didn't clean it off but also understanding as I did not point it out before. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I took my uniform back again but this is the Last time. The bottom of my uniform pants are as not in tacked and they did not bother to tell me or fix it. read more

I am irritated and heated by this place! This review is way overdue. I the last time I paid a visit was about 2 years ago. Why I am barely posting a review? Bc I noticed more damage to some of my dresses I took there that have been hanging in my closet waiting for the right occasion to wear them. This USED to be my favorite dry cleaners until Michelle, the former owner, left! One day I decided to bring ALLLLL my FAVORITE clothes in, NOT knowing there was a new owner. I saw new faces but I thought maybe they were just relatives. My bill was over 100$. The clothes I had taken where most of my most expensive I had owned. On top of that, I convinced my sister to take her stuff too. I also took a NEW sweater-shirt I had never worn and I took it since it had been in my closet for quite some time. Well, this new owner RUINED my shirt with a yellow stain and claimed i took it like that. The stain was a chemical!!!!! He also ruined my sister's fur coat!! And now, I take one of my favorite dresses out and I see yellow stains on the top!!! This dress was only worn once and I never got a stain on it. He of course tried fixing the damaged yellow stain from the shirt but then ruined it more and made a hole!!!!!!!! Then he tried fixing the fur on the jacket by purchasing new cheap fur which was a total completely ugly color!!! I hate this place!!! I wish I could give them a --10000 stars!!!! He never even tried to give my money back. I wish I would've known Michelle left, she was the best and she NEVER disappointed! This is a solid Dry Cleaners. They have an easy location with great parking for easy access to get in, drop off your dry cleaning or laundry and get on your way. They have a nice automated tech to manage your clothes and get them back to you on time and just the way you like them. Great customer service my family and I have been coming here for years. I came in looking to get some pants hemmed and cleaned and they did no problem. But also on my todo list was a blanket that need to be embroidered with a Letter "A" and they did that too. After going to about 7 or 8 different sewing places in the yucipia and redlands area they are the only place to have helped me. Is safe to say they go above and beyond when it comes to the customer. Awesome Seamstress! Needed a jacket altered for my pantsuit to attend a funeral. Went in and it was done the next day. Also had it cleaned which they did a great job. Reasonable price, terrible customer service. I walked in and stood there for about 20 seconds with the employee who didn't greet me or acknowledge that I had even come in. Instead of saying hi, she instead rips the ticket out of my hand and goes to retrieve my clothes without a word. She hands me my clothes and sarcastically tells me to have a great night...won't be returning here. I don't care if I have to pay more, I'd at least like to be treated as a human elsewhere. read more
